They ruined 5 of my mens' custom dress shirts. These were tailor-made business dress shirts, $175 each, all brand new, never worn. This was the first dry cleaning to press them for a Business trip. Asked for light starch, they spilled the starch, or the machine malfunctioned, all I know is there was heavy starch blotches and stains all over each shirt. Brought them back to show the owner?/front counter attendee, and she stated they would take them and try to get the start blotches and stains out. After a few months of back and forth, they further ruined the shirts as they scrubbed the areas so much the shirts lost their colors in the area, and/or still have the hard starch blotches and stains. I asked for reimbursment to have the shirts remade. I am out close $950 and without 5 shirts for over 4 months. They refused any payment, stating they could not afford it. The women who appeared to be very suite turned very mean, and started telling me we should not have asked for Starch on the shirts. What???? I've been getting light starch on my shirts for over 20 years. I'll be seeing them in small claims court! STRONGLY recommend not gambling any nice clothing with this cleaner. There are many more cleaners in the area that are more reputable and do a much better job. read more

She worked really hard and I ended up coming after store hours because I forgot they closed at 4pm on Saturdays. One star for the treatment I received by the lady who works the front. I am unsure if she is the owner or the seamstress, nonetheless she is the reason why I cannot attest to the actual service, as I left without getting any laundering services. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon to have 1 suit jacket cleaned and 1 suit jacket tailored. She seemed perturbed by my request to have the waist of the jacket taken in several inches. She finally asked me to put the jacket on and then proceeded to pin the jacket, but only to one side. Normally, my previous tailor would take fabric from both sides of my jackets to create symmetry when taking in the waist. I voiced my concerns and she cut me off and told me not to worry, that she will do that when it came time to cut. I asked her how? How would she know how much without pinning it on my body? My questions seemed to annoy her and she kept laughing and throwing side glances at the other patrons which made everyone uncomfortable. Against my better judgement, I agreed to leave my items and that's when the day of pick-up became an issue. She wanted me to leave them longer than I anticipated. I decided this was the final straw and I told her I would just bring the items another day (fully intending on never coming back) and she snapped at me and said, "ok, ok. I just not sleep to work and make you happy, ok?!" I asked for the jackets back and she said she already spent time on me. I told her sorry, but not sorry, and she proceeded to take the pins out of the jacket and tossed the jacket to me. I refuse to deal with businesses like this. If you don't like working for people or serving people, then get out of customer service. I'll take my weekly dry cleaning elsewhere. read more

So I've never used a dry cleaner before but I'm entering the part of my life where I'm collecting nice enough clothes that need to be dry cleaned. And that's when I decided to do a sort of "battle of the dry cleaners" and take 1 garment each to several of the local corona dry cleaners to see which one I liked best. I went to 11 in all and I decided Ace Cleaners takes 3rd place! The clerk/seamstress working was very friendly. I took in a dress and was charged $8.45. It was ready by 3 days. The clerk seemed to care about my garment as she noticed it had a rip and suggested to hem it. She seemed very nice and pleasant and my garment came back cleaned and pressed to my satisfaction. She seems to be a very hard worker and I always saw her on the sewing machine fixing garments. Definitely one of the more affordable places and that's why I gave them 3rd place. read more

I'll start off by saying they do have fair pricing and do a good job at dry cleaning which is why i gave them two stars. Anyways, the reason for my review is that i dropped off 7 shirts and only received 6 shirts back. When I picked up my shirts, i noticed that i only had 6 but was in a hurry and figured I'd call them and handle it another time. I drove by today to see if I could get lucky but had no such luck. The main issue was that no effort was made to look in the back to see if a random shirt was there (i had the size and brand too!). There was some dispute both ways but ultimately came up empty handed. I know they have a sign saying that they aren't responsible for lost clothing but i wish there would've been some effort made to find my lost shirt. I take responsibility that i should've called immediately (and i learned the hard way) but oh well, it is what it is. I now learned my lesson and will be going other to another dry cleaner but best of luck to everyone! read more

The service is fast and the owners are always smiling. They do a great job at getting my clothes neat and tidy. They do alterations and will even drive to your office to pick up and drop off clothes! If I could give them negative stars, then I would. They ruined my wedding dress and my entire wedding day. We left my dress there to be steamed a couple of days before my wedding. They ripped out all of the hundreds of dollars of hemming and seamstress work and destroyed my dress. I almost missed my wedding because of them. The owner was extremely rude. Amazing service! When I arrived, the gentleman from the front desk RAN outside to meet me at my car and carry in my comforters for me!! They got out every single mark that was on them, and returned them beautifully cleaned and packaged, and carried them back out to my car for me! They are so friendly, and have amazing service. Took my new comforter for its first clean, I was charged $38. I picked up my comforter today and it was extremely wrinkled. Went right back and the owner Lucia explained it was due to the material (it's 100% cotton) it could not be steamed. Went back home and my mom told me it should not cost $38 for just a wash. Called and spoke to the owner Lucia again and calmly expressed she may have over charged me due to not steaming it and only washing it realizing the material as she explained upon pick up. She was very irritated and in the end when I said thank you she just hung up on me. My mom is currently taking out all the wrinkles with her $20 steamer and it CAN be steamed. Very sad and unfortunate. Our family won't be returning for service. Please be sure to ask questions and speak up if you feel service was not completely provided. read more

PICK A DIFFERENT DRY CLEANER!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Twice within 6 weeks I went in to pick up my dress shirts and the shirts had major creases all over the front of the shirts and they looked at me like I was crazy. They had to keep them an extra day to fix them which meant an extra trip to the dry cleaners that I don't have time for. The pricing for laundered shirts that I had been quoted and had been paying was $1.75/shirt. I dropped off just one shirt that I needed and when I picked it up they told me it was $2.95 because I had only brought in one item! What???????? Had I been told this upfront I would have waited to bring in more items. When I protested saying that they were not upfront about their pricing they could not have cared less. I paid the money told them I would never be back and they just smiled. Dry cleaners are a dime a dozen. Don't go here! Find one that is upfront with their pricing and knows how to launder a shirt without leaving large creases. read more

These are newer owners to this place. Approximately a year or so ago. It was sold to these people. I had been coming here forever, with wonderful results EVERY time.. Then found out it was sold to the current owners. It started out ok... But then went down hill fast. Took in a white linen shirt. No frills. Got it home and discovered a stain on the front by the button & button hole is. Think it was result of steam pressing and material got wet and they just kept steaming resulting in A VERY NOTICEABLE SCORCH MARK ! There goes my linen shirt.... Another time their son took in a bedspread ( again very plain mattlasse) and two shams. I made sure I told him that it was a king size. When I picked it up the female owner and his Mother, complained to me that I was undercharged and " that I should have been charged a lot more, since it was such a large piece and that it had several items". I assured her that her son was very aware of the size, and had quoted me a price of $ 29.00. She was very irritated and I said my thank you and left. Now the search for a good cleaners again. What a shame. They keep this kind of work going and they won't HAVE a business to get all uppity over. I wonder just where the previous owners are now... And do they have a cleaners I could go to? Tried this cleaners one time and it will be the LAST! They melted buttons on my $150 cashmere sweater and lost two pairs of pants and would not take any responsibility for it!
