I wanted waistband to be altered (add inch with elastic). I provided fabric to be used if needed. They couldn't find my pants when picked up blazers (not in system). I was waiting for response on if they could do it and to give me quote. Staff called manager, quoted $45 and I said pass, please return slacks. Came back from vacation to pick up pants- they were altered. Elastic was not used and neither was my fabric (which is fine, but they kept it). I was upset with whole ordeal. Staff called manager again. Heard exchange and she asked him to speak to me- he declined. She offered a 20% discount. I said 25% because they kept fabric ( it was pricey fabric). I realized when I got home they didn't even add the elastic. I asked manager to call me back. This is the 3rd week day and nothing. I should have asked to put it in writing. The work was done well ( but missed elastic), the problem was disorganization, miscommunication, and lack of ownership from owner/ manager- he personally has not called to apologize.

I use fragrance free deodorant I use fragrance free everything. When I wash my clothes I use fragrance free soaps. It smells like they're using $.99 store-bought detergent for the clothing. It's disgusting and it's making me sick. I will not be taking my clothing here anymore!! You just lost my business. It's too bad they had to get new ownership!!

On the other hand.....I was experiencing physical pain due to my health condition and the woman who helped me, I believe she's the owner, told me to just park in front by the red curb next time and turn on my hazard lights. I took the suit to another tailor, and she was shocked at the quality. She said it looked like a dry cleaner's work, not a professional tailor's. You offered to redo it--but after seeing your work, I was not comfortable letting you touch it again. I asked for a refund, and you refused. I also requested my other suit back, which shows I had already lost confidence in your services. At the end of the day, I paid for professional tailoring and did not receive it. Now I have to pay someone else to fix it. Next time, if you're not capable of doing the job correctly, just say so. Don't take on work you know you can't properly complete.

I guess not everyone in Norco is nice and definitely do not give any kind of breaks to a Senior Citizen. I hope their cleaning services is at least satisfactory. I found someone else that does this work on the side and they are doing all for $100 cash. I'm glad there's still decent people out there. I wish there was a zero star option on here.

He popped up to the front quickly upon seeing me and was most agreeable to my request to get my one and only winter coat cleaned and out in one day's time. He even gave me a discount for my being a newbie. Thanks! As for the quality, there are no complaints. The coat turned out great. While not on my usual route, I would still consider bringing my things here again.
