Food was very good and fresh. Must have the garlic sauce. I have a new craving for Syrian food. read more

I drive for a food delivery company which can be good or bad because I find LOTS of new restaurants to try. Tonight, I found this little gem and I'm so glad I did! I got the chicken sandwich with rice and hummus and OMG! I'm going to think about the food a lot when I'm hungry lol. It was SUPER tasty! It's most likely the best Mediterranean food I've ever had. I also tried their (warm) baklava and it was crispy Heaven. The staff was super busy with customers inside and delivery orders, but handled the situation with professionalism and treated us customers (and delivery drivers) amazing. I already can't wait to go back and try the Greek salad and lemon chicken soup. If you haven't tried this place, stop what you're doing now and change that. Do it! read more

Food is great here. This is our go to place on those long work days like today. I ordered the usual for my family delivery was fast however something is always missing from my orders today was a salad last time steamed veggies and garlic sauce I mean how hard is it to get a small order right. Called them only for them to tell me next time they will give me a free salad, um I wanted a salad tonight! If you call in for delivery have them double triple check that everything is there. Other than that food is great, service meh... read more

Excellent food! Very clean and friendly staff! The chicken was simply amazing! So tender and delicious! The rice so perfectly cooked and flavorful. read more

I may be a dark man, but I am a quarter persian and can tell you this is your best bet in town when it comes to Mediterranean cuisine. The lady below complaining about the rice doesn't understand the cuisine and clearly is expecting something she doesn't even know. Remember this in Temecula, a mainly white city where we don't have much to compare with. Starting with service, all the employees are kind and are diligent in their work which allows for speedy service. I am a regular there and have never had 1 issue with any employees, and the owner frank is a kind hearted man. The food for its location and how much you pay is great. Obviously some foods may not be as good as others, but when your paying the same price as your generic chain you cannot complain. If you want some food that breaks expectations then go drive to Glendale/LA. If not, appreciate this gem. read more

Pretty good food its definitely fresh the staff is friendly and courteous will come back the price is reasonable

The quality food is amazing and is complimented by the awesome people who make it. Definitely would recommend!

Great fresh food! Service was wonderful as well, Brook was very attentive to everyone in the place at a busy time of day.

Don't believe this restaurants hours, they won't serve you 30-45 minutes prior to 9:00 pm. After an extremely long day and being from out of town, on our way home, my sister and I decided to stop here to eat. Mind you we were starving and did not have a chance to eat all day! They turned their "open" sign off immediately after they saw us park. Two employees were outside taking in their signs. I asked if they were still open to which the male employee replied "no". I told him they should update their hours on the web then. He tells me the kitchen closes at 8:30. The female employee was laughing. I told her I'm not sure what's funny, but any restaurant establishment should technically serve you even if you walk in a minute before they close. We as previous restaurant owners have always done so as well as franchise restaurants. Needless to say, they didn't get our business and never, ever will. read more

Excellent greek/Mediterranean restaurant. Big menu with several options for everyone. Fresh ingredients. The meat served was really high quality, gyro meat was super tender. The inside lobby was clean. Staff was friendly, prices were reasonable. there's an outdoor seating area if the weather's nice. Nearby parking. All and all, really good restaurant. read more

The chicken kabob sandwich was very flavorful and tender. The garlic sauce that comes with it awesome and goes great with everything ! The gyro salad was awesome!! We will definitely wave coming back! read more

Let's start off with this restaurant isn't true Mediterranean. Ordered a chicken shawarma plate and a falafel appetizer. The falafel arrived on top of lettuce and a side of tzatziki sauce. I asked for tahini sauce and was told they don't have it. Rather odd that it was served with a cucumber dill dipping sauce that wasn't appropriate accompaniment to falafel. The falafel was dense and not fully cooked, more of a mushy consistency. That was strike number one. Shawarma was not slow roasted on a spit like true shawarma is. There is no beef shawarma either. Strike number two! We received our plate of so called chicken shawarma to find out it was wrapped in a tortilla. A tortilla!!! Last I checked I did not go to a Mexican restaurant. Strike number three!! We will never come back to this place. Save yourself and go to another restaurant. This place gives Mediterranean food a bad name. read more

Kabob House - Mediterranean Near Me - Temecula, California

Lately, I've been craving Mediterranean food. I've ordered quite a few times from Kabob House, and I have no complaints. I either order the gyros sandwich or gyros plate. My boyfriend orders the chicken kabob plate, and he loves it. I will say that comparing Kabob House and Luna Grill, Kabob House offers bigger portions for a cheaper price. However, I think the quality of the gyro meat is better at Luna Grill. I really like both! read more

The food was good. However I did not receive any dressing for my salad and the wait for my food took quite some time. The ice tea I received had a after taste. (When a ice tea container hasn't been cleaned in awhile.) I'll definitely give it a try again since the food I did receive was really good. read more

Dang, this place is killin it with the white meat! I went with the chicken kabob plate ($11.99) which comes with two sides, pita bread, and garlic dip. I'm a dark/red meat person, but every time I try a new Mediterranean place, I go with the chicken kebab to see if they know how to handle that ever so fragile protein. It's a filter to see if I'll come back for other things on their menu. The char on those beasty morsels was badass, and the kebabs (you get 2) were tender with the perfect amount of lemon. Portions = massive. I was starving, so this was awesome. The owner suggested the basbousa, yum. It's a hearty, orange blossom infused semolina flour cake, theirs was topped with coconut. I don't mind floral accents in my desserts, but if you do, go with the baklava. Inside decor is straight forward, clean, bright and simple. Two flat screen tvs were playing the latest NBA game. I ordered for pick-up so I didn't get the full dining experience but the owner was very nice and welcoming. I guess this is what to expect when you get food from the heart. read more

Amazing food and amazing service. A little pricey but absolutely worth it. Inside is very clean and the staff is amazing. Enjoy!

This was our first time here. The steak was so tender and flavorful. My boyfriend got the gyro wrap and the sauce on it was amazing. Everything we tried was delicious!!! read more

I visited the Kabob House for the first time today and I tried the chicken shawarma . It was so delicious & flavorful. I can't wait to come back and try the other items on the menu. read more

Very surprised!! My wife loves Mediterranean food. Not me as much. But we tried this place for the first, we were surprised. And I liked it!! Prices are reasonable, nice, clean restaurant to dine in, and catch up on sports on several tvs. I had combo kabobs, selected chicken and shrimp. She got the shawarma wrap. Both very good. We will be back!! read more

I'm gonna start off by saying I know very little about Greek cuisine. That being said everything about this place I liked. Simple decor, relaxing, wonderful hostesses, clean, air conditioned, nice lot, easy parking etc. The food was as good as can be expected for not expecting much. It was actually really quite good. Hummus was delicious. Lamb kebabs were delicious. Had a great charred barbecue flavor but not burnt or dry. Fresh and crisp vegetables. Lovely cucumber yogurt sauce. I really enjoyed the rice. The salmon plate was great too! Decent size piece of moist fish with just the right amount of lemon. I'm going back and trying as much of what they have to offer as I can. I'm looking forward to my next visit! Give it a try. I hope you like it as much as I did! read more

My work ordered catering from Kabob House (chicken & beef kabobs, rice, salad, hummus) and it was delicious. Decided to go to the restaurant today for lunch. I ordered a falafel sandwich combo, which included a side and a drink. I ordered hummus as my side, but was surprised when it came to the table without pita, chips or veg...it was just a cup of hummus. I asked if it was supposed to come with something, and the waitress said I could order a side of pita for $1. Huh? I've never ordered hummus anywhere that didn't include something to dip in it. On the subject of pita, the falafel "sandwich" was really a wrap that came in a tortilla. Food is still tasty, but was disappointed over the lack of pita all around. read more

I recently placed an order for king kabob and the food was cold and the rice was like a pudding really bad and the meat was very dry and chewy their service is bad the food wasn't ready on time agreed on we got charged over priced too so over all everything was very very bad read more

After all the hype and build up I've heard about this place, I needed to try it out. After being kinda ignored at the counter for the first few minutes after I walked in, I placed an order. Out of lamb...ok...that's understandable but not a deal breaker. Got a kafta kabob plate, shrimp kabob plate, a lemon chicken soup, and an extra pita and tzaziki sauce. The portions looked great, and I like the Greek pita (thicker, no pocket.) The proteins were cooked appropriately, but nothing to write home about. Hummus was fine. The tzaziki sauce...well...it didn't taste like tzaziki sauce. No zest, no lemon, bland. The lemon chicken soup lacked seasoning...barely lemon tasting, and even after I salted it, it was still rather bland. Mediterranean food is about bright flavors. Not sure I'll try this again. read more

Delish! Tasted fresh and healthy. We enjoyed everything--super Gyro, tabouleh, grape leaves, lamb kabob sandwich. Very nice change.

Love love their food! Would be there every week if it was closer to our house. Definitely a must do if you are on Temecula parkway!

It's been a long time since I've found a good Kabob place. && this place definitely hits the spot. The food is so fresh, very flavorful & it's always done in a timely manner. read more

The food was good but the staff is horrible and rude. Especially the lady with the thin drawn on eyebrows. What's the point of wearing a mask if you are going to wear it around your chin? The staff needs to take some customer service training. It's too bad cause the food is great. Maybe do Grubhub instead so you don't have to deal with the staff. read more

Simply the best. Hummus is spot on. Pita is thin and tasty. Chicken schwarma and falafel were both awesome. You have got to try this place. I will be back. read more

Took my wife to this restaurant for the first time today because we found them next to her new office on yelp and I am so glad that we gave it a try. Called in an order for pick up this evening. The falafel plate was outstanding, came with two sides. My husband picked up the order, was ready on time. We came home and had an enjoyable dinner, food really was good. It has an authentic taste. Looks like a new local favorite spot is on our list! read more

I've been patiently waiting for almost 5 years since I moved to Temecula for a place like this to open! I admittedly am bad when it comes to writing reviews on a consistent basis, but I really want this place to succeed! I've ordered from Kabob House on 2 separate occasions now and both times everything was excellent. I am a creature of habit so both times I have ordered the Gyros plate. The meat is tender and has great flavor/seasonings. My wife has tried both the steak and chicken kabobs and is a fan of both! I could easily see myself eating here once a week. The staff is friendly and the food comes out quickly. If you like Greek/Mediterranean food this is a must try in the Temecula Valley! read more

I used to believe that the worst Persian kabob in Iran is still better than the best Arabic/Israeli kabob, because they don't do the marination right. This place changed my mind today. Very good chicken plate properly marinated in lemon, olive oil, and spices, served with homemade quality hummus and salad. And reasonable price... great business. read more

Excited to sit inside a restaurant. They also have outside seating. The food was amazing. The chicken kabobs have very good flavor. My husband had never had Mediterranean food. He loved it. We tried their Kebee. We've never had this before. It was really good. It's a fried ball with meat instead. Yummy. Something else we've never had before was their rice pudding. At first it taste like you're eating lavender. We googled the ingredients and we think it may be rose water we are tasting. Either way it was good. Definitely coming back. read more

Super good Greek food . Way better than daphines. We have tried the chicken kabobs and gyro supreme which I would recommend . You can eat it there or take out . When I ordered take out the charged me a lot for another taziki sauce which was a little much but it's worth a try for sure read more
