I ordered a Gyro Box, which online and on their menu comes with meat, salad and fries. To my surprise, I get home and there are no fries in the box. Another issue is the fact that the young adult rolling out the bread, baking it and working the register is not wearing gloves. Tonight my husband and I went here to try this new place. We ordered hummus and a falafel platter. After my husband paid, they told him that they were out of hummus. After learning this, my husband asked if they could give him some of the hummus in the trays that they use for toppings, which was visible from the counter. The man working then informed my husband it wasn't fresh and had been sitting there for hours. This made the idea of the entire meal totally unappealing. My husband asked to just get refunded, but neither employee knew how to refund a credit card. They had to reimburse us with cash. I can't say that we'll be returning. read more

Come check this place out! It just opened a week or two ago and they offer delicious foods! It's a nice change of pace to the other foods offered in the area. Overall I thought the staff was really friendly and helpful when deciding what to eat, they gave a few suggestions that turned out to be great. The restaurant was very clean and there was plenty of seating and tables! We got the falafel's, chicken kebab, and chicken rice bowl. I always say you can tell a place by their falafel's and the falafel's turned out to be pretty decent! They offered a few different type of sauces (the green was my favorite) and fresh hot pita with every platter. You can even watch the pitas being made behind the counter. The people that work here are super nice and on top of that the food was delicious! The only negative comment was that the hummus and bread should have been brought out prior to the meal being served. Everything was brought out together and it was quite a bit of time since they had many orders and it's made to order but all dishes were excellent. The salad had a light dressing on it so if you want it undressed you will have to ask. The dining area is small so it is mostly a carry out operation. The yougurt sauce is helpful for the person who doesn't like the heat and the chick pea served with the order was nice. For a $14 price point I felt there was great value. read more

The kabobs were really dry and also lacked flavor. I asked for the spicy sauce and got the white cucumber sauce which didnt help either of the dishes i tried. I gave two stars for the service because the man and woman that were working were really nice and clearly really busy but they were friendly. And wouldn't answer my question and said I was abusive to him. I didn't offend him personally, but the way he treated me like a moron caused me to talk loud. At the end he told me to leave, and wouldn't address my questions. This place should not need your phone number and just assign an order number, for which they could use to announce your order. Very good food. I went with the Gyro sandwich platter which was beyond delicious. I didn't realize they had a daily special, which happened to be goat masala (wish I had seen that because that would have been my choice!). We have been regularly ordering from this place every weekend and other restaurants to make sure small businesses do not suffer during such difficult times. Last Friday my husband and I wanted to enjoy our weekend and placed 2 orders (1 chicken tikka and 1 chicken seekh kabob). The chicken tikka seemed like 3 pieces were adjusted to look like 4. Please see the picture. The second order was messed up and we were packed steak kabobs instead of chicken seekh kabobs. The kabobs didn't look appetizing at all and my husband drove back to get the right order. We are talking about driving additional 20 mins to and from the restaurant. We opened the order and found the seekh kabobs burnt on one side. 40 mins spent on a weekend to get the right food home. When we called to complain about the food despite being regulars, the person answering the call made a half-ass apology and hardly showed any intent to fix the situation. Seeing his attitude I asked him for a refund on the chicken seekh kabob having been through so much trouble. We still haven't seen the refund which makes me think there was never one made in the first place. It's unfortunate that kabob connection thinks it's ok to take regulars for granted especially since we have supported this restaurant from the time they opened their first restaurant in the Columbia mall. We are taking our business elsewhere.I feel bad to give 2 stars but a business failing to take care of its customer is looking for ways to fail. read more
