My wife's first meal after giving birth at Frederick health and it was exactly what she needed after nine months without sushi.

I stopped in today and got a carry-out after visiting someone in the hospital. There is a few tables if you decide to dine in. Cute littleplace. The lady was so sweet. While I waited for my food she brought out veggies pancakes with a hot dipping sauce on the house. It was SOOOOO good. I ordered the spicy pork bentobox. It included a generous portion of the spicy pork. It definitely was spicy but not too spicy. Loved all the sides that came with (see my photo). I also order Kimchi Pancakes. Delicious. I have gotten food from here two or three times and every time the service is awesome and my husband tried it the last time he really enjoyed his Bulgogi Bento box. Everything always seems super fresh and the customer service is awesome. I will be back for sure. read more

Checked this place out due to the high reviews and they didn't disappoint! Everything was full of flavor with no extra sauces needed. The bentos are very filling, we left with extras. It appears to be the downstairs of someone's house with 5 tables in the main room. A little tight but that's what makes it cozy. The owner (I presume) was very sweet, put soft Christmas music for us to listen to while we ate and was very attentive. You could tell she truly cared that her customers left with a great experience, which we certainly did. I had the tuna roll bento box and Philadelphia roll. My fam had the chicken teriyaki bento, bulgogi bento, vegetable dumplings and shrimp bento. I would return to Frederick just to eat here again. read more

If you love Sushi, poke bowls, bento boxes, and great service this is the place for you! This restaurant is across from the Frederick Health Hospital and is a hidden gem. It's a very cozy and welcoming spot. The place is extremely welcoming and the portion sizes are enormous! Not to mention, everything I have had so far has been pretty amazing! I've had the salmon k-pop bowl that is full of fresh ingredients and absolutely delicious. The Bento boxes come in many different configurations which I believe I've almost tried them all lol. My favorite is the spicy rice cake tteokbokki and the scallion pancake! I bring everyone I can to this place and you should go as well! 10/10 recommend! read more

Highly recommend! Had a baby at Frederick hospital and this was super easy pick up. Super fresh and delicious. Salmon bowl was a must and rainbow sushi too!!! And spicy salmon was first time it was salmon whiole pieces and not smashed up with sauces. Everything was perfect!! Def would come back read more

What a discovery! Our mom was in the hospital here in Frederick and we ventured across the street to get some dinner to bring back. We both had the salmon roll bento box with a side of seaweed salad. A tasty fusion of Japanese and Korean dishes elegantly packed in our bento boxes - a great variety and more food than we could finish on the first attempt. The service was friendly and efficient - we had ordered ours to go and it was ready in a few minutes. The inside has a warm vibe and is nicely decorated - would be a pleasant place to dine. Wow! What a treat this is. On 7th Street in Frederick right across from the hospital. I just finished a bento box that featured teriyaki chicken over rice, kimchi, glass noodles, a small salad and a few other treats. Equally impressive was the kind and attentive lady who made suggestions, took my order and served the food. Such a graceful host. My mom and I wanted to try something new tonight. We have lived in Frederick forever and loved to support new small businesses. We were craving sushi and found K-Town Takeout. Immediately we were greeted with the sweetest lady named Joy. She ensured that we can eat in the restaurant as well. It is not just take out. So we did. We placed our order- and Joy brought us veggie pancakes on the house! This was the sweetest gesture, and they were delicious. I'm going to try to find a recipe just to make them at home! Then our Salmon Roll Bento Box, Hawaiian Roll, and Avocado roll came out. All of this came out within 10 minutes. Service was incredible, fast, and so attentive. Joy made sure we had everything we needed, brought extra soy sauce and overall was so kind. The ambiance was great as well, a cute little hole in the wall with cute decor and calming music with a calming video on the screen.
