The tonkatsu was delicious! Great depth of flavor. They bring you garlic and spicy paste on the side. I had to add A LOT of spicy paste to get it up to the level I wanted, but while at other restaurants I've lost the broth flavor when adding too much spice, the spicy paste just enhanced the tonkatsu broth. And the pork in the tonkatsu - truly next level. This is probably the best pork I've ever had in a ramen dish. The noodles were also fantastic with the perfect amount of bite. I loved my jammy egg as well. The restaurant itself is smaller, with fun lighting. There is a parking lot which is great. Upon arriving I gave the kitchen staff a birthday cake, with the explanation of " at the end of the meal please bring this over to us so we can celebrate my friend's birthday." They came over and sang happy birthday to my friend. We enjoyed our cake. And then we left the rest of the cake for the nice employees in the kitchen.
