Biscuits were smashed because they were in some warmer bag thingamabob. Mash, Mac and Cole slaw were all good. Soda was good. All this for $30. Pretty good deal. Service was ok for the price . It did take a little to get everything. They ran out of fries. Inside was empty. They have a drive thru. I will still give this place a try because I kinda love KFC. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Hilda took our order and kept asking for us to repeat the order like she wasn't paying attention, and I could've looked past that. However, when we got up to the window she said she would throw in 1 tender instead of the 5 nuggets bc the nuggets "weren't ready"... we asked if it would make more sense to have 2 tenders because we were supposed to get 5 nugs. After she insisting the tender was a "decent size" we pulled it out of the box and it was smaller than one of the French fries (in length). We said we'd rather wait the 5 minutes for the nuggets, and she asked for the meal boxes back to take out the tenders- INCLUDING THE ONE I TOUCHED!!! My first thought was how incredibly UNSANITARY that was, but we pulled over because what's 5 minutes? About 10 minutes later, after watching Hilda walk out with a male team member laughing and looking over at our car bc she was so lazy she was angry she had to pop nuggets in the microwave, my mom took the drinks inside and asked for a refund. At that time, a team member came to our car with the food, a nice young man, and I informed him that we were going to cancel the order. He apologized for our experience, wished me a good night, and took the food back. I don't know if this Hilda is a NEW MANAGER but she needs to learn that her CUSTOMERS DON'T WORK FOR HER. The owner should look into her if they ever want to get above 3 stars. Super friendly staff. Sometimes this place gets slammed with a ton of people all wanting KFC at the same time. No matter how busy it gets, the staff does a great job communicating and welcoming you when you enter. They will inform you if they are going to be a little behind schedule on your food. The staff will let you know ahead of time so you get a sense on how long you will be waiting for your food. The manager Patty is such a hard work and always very nice. She friendly and is customer service oriented. I ordered the chicken sandwich. While I was ordering, I learned that the chicken sandwiches are breaded at the location, cooked and then served. I thought they were pre-breaded like every other fast-food chains. Not this place. The chicken fillet is breaded on the spot, which also is why it takes a little longer to get the meal. There is always plenty of parking either in the private parking lot or on the street. Prices are good. I got the chicken sandwich for under $5 and it was a decent size. Good value for the money. This is bases on the drive-thru service only. During this visit, I used the drive-thru service. It's a little tricky getting into the drive-thru lane here because the entrance comes from the neighborhood side and is not easily accessible through the street entrance. It's really tight trying to maneuver your car through the lane as well. The menu seemed to be will lit with large pictures and text for easy readability. There was not a long line of cars and it was pretty quick through the ordering process. The worker was able to correctly take my order, but I wish there was a screen to confirm my order like McDonald's to reaffirm me. The food was served in less than 5 minutes and the worker seemed to be not interested in interacting with me. She seemed like a robot and just wanted to get to the next order. Once in a while, I allow myself to get over the initial disgust of what I'm eating and hit up a KFC. Plus, I was tired last night and the Big Box meal looked exciting. This KFC is relatively new and because I didn't have the patience to wait in the 12 car long line (no exaggeration), I decided to take my shoe-less child and order inside to see how clean it is. The staff is very friendly, but if you've read any of my other reviews on fast food staff, I never overestimate. I let my fatigue get in the way of my ordering and didn't give her my choice of sides. Thankfully, I remembered and told the dude before my food came... wait a sec.... WAY before my food came. I was #82 and when I started hearing #89, I became a little antsy. After 17 minutes, I approached the counter and she came running up to me. Apparently they were out of dark meat for my drumstick and she was nothing short of apologetic. She said sorry about 15 times and offered me a breast in it's place. Pretty nice. We got our food, all was correct, very warm, and fresh. So, despite the wait, I was happy with the food and the people there. Super kid friendly, but if you want the Big Box, share it!! It's a lot of food for $5.99!!
