01/28/25 Easy agreement for dinner. Hard part was choosing what flavors. Did a mobile order and picked the 40 piece bone-in for 5 people. Was able to pick 4 flavors so we tried out the spicy Korean: ginger, garlic, sriracha, and crushed red pepper creating the perfect balance of sweet and spicy, hot honey rub: sweet honey in a fiery dry rub , original hot: heat and tangy, and our go-to lemon pepper: zesty lemon and cracked black pepper. It comes with large seasoned fries, 2 orders of veggie sticks and 4 ranches. Everything was great as always. The store is nestled within a plaza that is next to Big Saver grocery store. Lots of parking but consider yourself lucky if you get a spot right in front of the store. Service is always good here. The individuals working here just get things done. We paid through the app so it was a quick pick up and go. Overall 10/10. Wingstop never disappoints.

First time trying their Chicken Sandwich and batter is salty as hell. For salty ppl would probably like it.

    Food, wings and fries!

All I can say is amazing. I have been coming here for a long time and at first it was a normal exchange but throughout my experience I got to meet the nicest employees. Every time I order there is a lovely lady named hilda that takes my order and always has a smile on her face. My food always tastes freshly made and amazing every single time. Glad to say this is my go to restaurant!

Food is usually GOOD however it's OVERPRICED!!! Their 30 pc crew pack is $45.99 whereas other Wingstops nearby are much less. One has it for $36.39. That's a $9.60 Difference for the SAME Thing!!! I did a price comparison on single wings too. This Wingstop charges $24.99 for 20 single wings (no dip, etc). Another nearby Wingstop charges just $19.99 for 20 wings (no dip, etc). $5 difference for the SAME Thing!!! If the extra $ being charged goes towards the staff hourly pay then I'll order from here again. But if not I'll won't.

Very good customer service. The place is super clean. The wings where just great. Everything was just on point.

TERRIBLE LOCATION I went to this location October 13th and upon entering there was a male cashier that had an attitude as soon as I walked to the register. I wasn't sure if he was just having a bad day so I ignored it because everyone has those days. I put in my order (2 chicken sandwich meals) and waited on my food. I was given my food by someone that was in the back and that gentleman had great energy (total opposite of the cashier). I leave with my food and upon getting home I began to eat my sandwich. Usually, I cut all of my sandwiches in half, but for some reason on this trip I didn't. I took a bite out of it, chewed it, and noticed it had a weird, rubbery texture. After the first bite, I went to cut the sandwich to see why was the chicken's texture the way that it is. I cut the sandwich to see that it wasn't fully cooked! It had some white rubbery stuff (idk the proper word) on the chicken that 1000% was from it not being cooked long enough. I squeezed the sandwich and it was so rubbery and I could see the chicken juice still running through the chicken. I was beyond disgusted, especially since I swallowed the first piece of chicken. Now i'm more than understanding as a customer because I myself work in customer service so I understand mistakes happen, but this was an inexcusable mistake. This is poultry, you can't make mistakes like this as I could've caught salmonella from this. I was angry, but I didn't go back to the restaurant because I didn't want to spread any negative energy so instead I told this same story to customer service in a survey. About a week later, a customer service representative reached out to me about the situation . She asked what could she do to right their wrongs. I told her that i'd like for her to spread this message to the store so no one else goes through what I did and also i'd like to have my order compensated (about $20 worth of food was purchased). In the mail I received a gift card from this Wingstop location......with $5 on it. Five US Dollars. Not only was this not nearly the amount of money I spent on the food, but this wasn't even enough money for me to be able to buy another sandwich with tax included! The certified mail envelope they sent the gift card costed them $4.60 to ship......my gift card was $5! This is a beyond ridiculous situation on the part of everyone involved (the cashier, the cook, and the customer service representative). $5 for my troubles after serving raw poultry and almost giving me salmonella is just ridiculous.

Just ordered through door - the chicken was cold and raw. I may even have food poisoning I called the restaurant and the manager told me to go to the emergency Room and bring a note to get a refund I would not recommend this place. The customer service sucks!!!

store empty, but yet they are taking forever with others!

I was deciding on lunch with the fam and my aunt recommended SoCal Wings. After browsing their…read moremenu, I was sold and placed a phone order. Our order consisted of four SoCal fries (which are basically buffalo fries from The Buffalo Spot with a drizzle of cheese and ranch), a 10-piece nugget, a small fry, a large order of mozzarella sticks, a Thai tea, and a few sides of sauces. To speak bluntly, the experience turned sour for me as soon as I started placing my phone order. While I was ordering sauces, I was rudely cut off by the man working: "Yeah, yeah, anything else?" I felt like I was being rushed off the phone, even after mentioning it was my first time ordering and kindly asking questions about their sauces. The customer service here just overall gave me the ick. Anyways, onto the food. I was super excited for my SoCal fries. They have a variety of sauces to choose from, and I opted for the spicy BBQ. On first impression I was surprised with the generous portions. I ordered a small Socal fries that looked more like a medium. As soon as I dug into my meal, I was met with immediate disappointment; the popcorn chicken on my SoCal fries was extremely stale. It tasted as if they served us three-day-old fried chicken that had been left sitting out. My siblings and mom also agreed the chicken was super hard. I ended up just eating some of the fries and threw the rest away. Before tossing it, I tried drenching the fries in their Cajun sauce (which is over $1 per sauce, btw), and even though I really wanted to like it, it had a weird aftertaste. On top of that, I just couldn't get past how hard the chicken was. The Thai tea, fries, and mozzarella sticks were just decent. I'd also like to mention that when I was placing my order over the phone, the man said my total was $67 and some change. When I paid in person, the total somehow jumped to $83.69. I assumed that included the Cajun sauces I ordered over the phone, but it actually didn't. I ended up paying a second transaction for the sauces, which was around $8. Had I possibly been charged for the side of attitude I was also served? To reiterate: the service here sucks. Overall, I won't be back as the quality doesn't match prices. You'd think that a joint that specializes in fried chicken and wings would serve fresh chicken but on the contrary, my chicken was inedible, gross, and clearly old. I love supporting local businesses, but I refuse to support a place that exhibits rude customer service and serves subpar frozen food that I could throw together at home. I don't recommend this spot as there are much better establishments in the area.

I was missing a fish fillet, my shrimp was cold, my chicken was burnt but still ice cold, and my fries were so burnt that they were almost black and orange. This experience was absolutely appalling and I highly do not recommend this restaurant under any circumstances.

Our group of four had a chance to stop by for an early dine-in dinner, and found the chicken to well prepared and tasty. Originally founded in 1976 in Los Angeles by a enterprising franchisee who wanted to create his own fast food brand, Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken soon became very popular with LA residents. As sometimes happens with immigrant communities by word of mouth and 'paying it forward', the burgeoning Cambodians began to be the majority owners of franchisees, until it resulted in the brand being sold to a Cambodian in 2009. Considering the largest concentration of Cambodians outside of Cambodia is in Long Beach, California, I wanted to try this particular location. They also sell donuts here, and my credit card bill actually listed the donut shop as the vendor...this for me is not a selling point, but was not noticeable during our visit. It's a walk-up set-up, where you order/pay for your food through security windows. We ordered a 12-piece family combo for $35.45, which included 3 pieces of breast/thigh/wing/leg, 2 small orders of fries, a coleslaw and 6 rolls. They also sell fried catfish and shrimp, so got a 4 pc shrimp ($3.85). They only sell drinks by cans or bottles, so got 4 cans of Coke/Pepsi/Squirt. It is clearly stated that each order is fried fresh, taking about 20 minutes. Our order was ready in 15 minutes, and we decided to dine-in (a small makeshift outdoor dining area with temporary tables was set-up). The chicken was well brined and had been fried well (leaving plenty of space between the chicken), with the outer coat being crunchy with a little bit of spice. For me it tasted very similar to the popular national chain, but with more consistency. The 'small' fries were not that at all, but very large...with one being enough to feed the four of us. The fries looked underdone, but were not. There were no condiments available, so the saving grace was the thin hot sauce that you could dip your fries and chicken into. The rolls were forgettable, and the coleslaw was grocery store quality (which I actually like). In fact, the chicken and sides reminded me of what you could get at a grocery store deli, except always getting the chicken fresh, instead of ones that have been fried too many to a basket and sitting too long under a heat lamp. Freshness definitely matters here. There was plenty of food for the 4 of us, with us taking half of the meal home. It reheated very well, providing us a good lunch the following day.
