Upon entering the store, I passed two staff members, neither of whom replied to me when I said hello, even though they exchanged eye contact with me, so I know they heard me. I was in search of only one item, Thai Basil, to accompany my homemade Pho Ga. I did not browse the store, I went straight to the produce section, and of the four available packages of Thai Basil, I found only one that was semi-acceptable. It did have several leaves which would have to be discarded, but I needed this item and this was the second store I visited for this item, so I decided to purchase it as is. The cost of one small package of Thai Basil was $4.00, which is very high for the quantity, especially compared to other Asian Markets. Overall, with the lack of good customer service, the high produce price, and the poor quality of the produce, I will not be returning to this store.

I ordered a regular size, make your own bowl with tuna, purple rice, slaw, tomatoes, carrots, corn, cucumbers, green onions and miso sesame ginger dressing. It felt healthy. My small complaints - small portion, particularly of the protein, the tuna has very little flavor, too much dressing which dominates the flavor. I'm sure I would get better at ordering over time. The price was what you expect, but definitely not cheap for an order at the counter restaurant. I think two bowls with ice water was $26 + tip.
