Although one of the movers made a mistake with my washer installation, Mike took ownership of the situation and corrected the problem immediately after I brought it to his attention. It's clear that Mike holds his team to high standards and genuinely cares about the quality of service his company provides. I highly recommend A Wise Move to anyone looking for dependable movers. This month we needed someone to do a crosstown move for our son. Two Men's quote was extremely high so I researched a bit and found the stellar reviews of Just-In Time Moving. Since their quote was almost half the price (!) we decided to give them a try. You wonder if paying less means inferior service or other problems. That wasn't the case at all. Communication was great. Eric and Miguel showed up right on time (one of those dreadful 110° Phoenix heat advisory days) and worked quickly and carefully. We were very happy to have found this company and are pleased to say they'll be our local movers going forward.

Just-In Time Moving truly helped me out of an emergency situation…read more I had originally hired another moving company, Not Your Husband Moving, and ended up in a terrible situation where I was billed for more than double the estimated hours for the move into storage and the move was not completed as originally estimated. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.

What a joke! When you call in, they love to say, "How can we…read moremake your life better?" -- but they do the complete opposite. I booked them for a move that never happened because my apartment fell through at the last minute. I called right away to let them know and explained that I'd need to reschedule once I found a new place. They said, "No problem," so I didn't ask for a refund -- I just planned to use the service later. A few weeks later, I found a new apartment and called back to schedule the move again. The person on the phone made me go through the entire booking process from scratch, even though I explained it was already on file. Then, while we were still on the call, I received an email saying my service was canceled. Why didn't he tell me that? That was their sneaky way of keeping my deposit and making me pay all over again. None of that was ever explained to me. Don't waste your time with a company that clearly doesn't understand what "making your life better" means.
