Excellent pollo rojo and pork verde tamales! Super friendly service. Lots of variety in baked goods, which I haven't tried yet. Also, smoothies and ice cream is offered. BuI definitely will be back.

They have mini Conchas

Love going for their bread and drinks! They also have cake slices and gelatinas in the fridge for sale.

Tres leches cake

This place is cute, clean and the people running it are so helpful and nice. The tres leches was not only presented beautifully but it tasted Amazing!!! I would recommend this bakery 100%.

I'm visiting the area and am so picky about Mexican food. I rather make it myself because I can't stand Americanized Mexican food. These nice folks here make their food from scratch and sauces too! They have Mexican sweet bread also known as pan dulce that is made by a local in town. The sweet tacos are a must for fruit loving dessert folks that enjoy spice and tamarindo. It's a tamarind made tortilla sprinkled with sugar and the filling is mixed fruits topped with chamoy and tajin! So refreshing and light.

I've ordered from them several times and I always seem to forget how delicious their 3 leches cakes are. Also we did not have ANY issues with customer service, staff was super friendly when we placed our phone order and picked our cake up.

Amazing tasting tres leches cake. It was last minute because the other cake lady cancelled on me 2 days before my baby shower. For last minute she did great with the Pooh decor. But It didn't matter either way because it was soooo yummy!! Highly recommend.

First time ever walking into such a place, so take my comments with that in mind…read more First - There was no signage... so thanks to the bakery next door for pointing the way! Second - as a Fruteria novice, I did not know what ANYTHING was... my Spanish is enough to read some of the signs, but I was getting a bit panicked as the young girl talked to me about the gift she got from grandma... at least that is what I gleaned out of it! She was about 6, I speak Spanish at about 4... so... there you go! Once I did get some help, we ordered an Angelito and a Diablito. We were looking for shaved ice, so these were the closest we saw to what we were looking for. My son's Angelito was great! Coconut, strawberry, ice... tasty, fresh, sweet and nice. My Diabito... was great later on. However, my first hit was of overwhelming salt, then lime and chile... mango, strawberry, and pineapple were far behind in the taste race. After the drink melted a bit and I had done a lot of stirring, the flavors were awesome together... though there was still a tinge of saltiness that was a bit much for my palette. I can only thank God for making me pause and actually read the sauce containers on the counter... after watching a gentleman ahead of us dump about a cup of red sauce into his diablito... I thought... hmmm... when in Rome! I will have to try that... then after paying I read the sauce... Tapatio! Whew! I would have royally messed myself up having hot sauce with my anticipated sweet snack... tastes are different! Anyway... I will be back (I want to try the chicerones), but maybe next time when they are not so busy and I am alone... I feel I can learn a lot there, but I will need the time and space to be embarrassed.

I had a very disappointing experience with Frutería Marylin. The service was unprofessional and…read moreunfriendly. The esquite I ordered barely had any corn and was mostly water, which tasted dirty. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and friendly service. I've tried some of their other stuff and they have been good.i don't know what happened this time. I won't come again. the fruit cup also had old jicama.
