I'm so thankful I've found Cryo-x! The staff here are amazing! So incredibly kind, knowledgeable, informative and just genuinely caring! I started freezing years ago when I developed and rash that doctors couldn't explain. I opted out of medicine and started caring for my body from a holistic stand point. Needless to say my rash disappeared! I contributed this to inflammation in my body and freezing helped SIGNIFICANTLY! After a car accident (4 cars) I thought that back pain was just something I was going to have to live with. Fast forward 11.5 years (multiple medications, both pharmaceutical and herbal) I won a gift certificate to Cryo-X. It took me 6 months to use it, but now two treatments in and I have gone a full week (sans one day for a migraine from excessive coughing) medicine free. I cannot say just how amazing it has been for me and my family. It had been so long since I could play with my kids without pain, and now I am able to get down on the floor and play without hurting. I have to say that this place has completely turned a 180 in my book. I had a couple instances I was confused about and Cryo-X did such a great job in their customer service and completely changing my mind. The people there are incredibly sweet and are so knowledgable about each of the machines. Cryo is everywhere and Cryo is a crazy chilling elective therapy that I choose to do for my health and well-being! The experience at Cryo-x is exceptional. The staff is always energetic, fun, smiling, and full of information. The cryo rooms are always clean, well kept, and ready to go within a few minutes if in use when you arrive. They have a sanctuary room with compression sleeves for your legs that you will completely relax in. A sauna, lightpod, cryo facial, vitamin injections, and more. The staff there is friendly and very efficient. I absolutely love their theater room where you get pampered with full recliner chair during leg compression therapy. They give you a warm neck wrap and you watch beautiful scenery with soothing sounds on the big screen. It is so relaxing I almost fell asleep. My husband and I love to get a freeze after a workout and also when our bodies just need a reboot. I've had light pod therapy several times now. It's very relaxing and it makes me feel that I'm truly feeding my body. I have changed the intensity of the light for the last 2 times. Game changer! I have MS and I hoped for unbelievable results. The last 2 sessions have given me more hope. The numbness in my legs has been less. I'm praying that my neuropathy and hot/cold feet will stabilize. The girls working my first time coming in were SO sweet and comforting!! As someone who struggles with Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety and PTSD, I immediately felt safe right when I walked in and it was so much fun!! All staff face masks were genuine and worn properly over their face, nose and social distancing rules were accurately executed as well. 100% coming back!!! CryoX has terrific customer service & always smiling faces. Even if you are a walk in they work very hard to get in the service that you paid for very fast, like minutes fast!! They're staff is very helpful in getting you set up as I need extra help but for the average person and you've been there before they just get you signed in & your off to some great treatments. I saw Cryo-X add on Facebook for their $10 Wednesday cryo freeze and decided to try it out. IT was my first time so I was pretty nervous but the staff was very friendly and helpful! The cryo freed wasn't bad! It got a little cold towards the end but otherwise it was pretty manageable. I'd recommend going here if it's your first time to freeze! I loved my experience. Oh, and I had won a B12 shot as well so I'm excited to go back and try that out as well! read more

I always love "my time" at cryo-x! It's always a great experience. I find it not only freezing but it's fun. The cold gets me in a great mood. The girls that tend to the rooms are very sweet and the help me through my 3 minutes.:) I have also have many o2 treatments and they do exactly what they describe. I love the lavender.
