Besides the incredible relaxation from being in the private pod with a cozy blanket, the treatment itself makes a true difference in pain level. I've also been using whole body cryotherapy to reduce inflammation and speed recovery from harder workouts. The lymphatic drainage massage is incredible. I've had only one session but I was offered a package to make returning for a series more affordable. In fact, most if not all services have packages or memberships which bring down the prices if you are planning repeat visits. The treatments are fantastic, and the staff is great. The place is always well staffed. I've never had a wait for anything unless I had an appointment and arrived early. My walk in visits are also quick. And the staff knew my name after only a couple visits. They are friendly and efficient. I've been to other cryo facilities in the area but this is now my self care home base. It's the best of the best.

First, we were greeted as we walked in the door by 2 welcoming and smiling faces (can't remember their names, but serene vibes). I had to complete my waiver but afterwards we were given a tour of the facilities. They offer a variety of services for your specific needs. We visited for the float tank experience. We reserved a 60 min spot and it was so heavenly I went over time almost an hour (don't judge me). Supposedly, there's a computer like voice that lets you know when your time starts and when it ends. Unfortunately, I didn't get that part of the service (likely why I went over), but my cousin did. My cousin also stated she had music playing, but I unfortunately I didn't have that either. I could hear music faintly but I think it may have been coming from her room. Overall, I feel the staff was professional, the pods were clean and I felt safe to fully enjoy the experience. Definitely will be returning for a do-over with prompts and music this time. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars.

Throughout the past year I've been able to try their salt therapy room, vitamin shot, whole body vibration machine and foot detox. The salt therapy room was a cool experience and I loved that they had Bluetooth speakers inside the cubicle. I tried their whole body vibration machine today which was a wierd but cool experience. After a couple of minutes I tried a couple of the suggestive poses and became comfortable with the whole body vibration machine. Through the various treatments I've noticed my body feels better and soreness level is reduced as I tend to come here after a workout. The ladies at the front are sweet and friendly. These sessions are not only physically therapeutic, but emotionally lifting as well. I release so many toxins from bowels to candida to liver (from stress and emotional hormones) - the entire experience is truly uplifting and this is now a part of my regular routine. I always feel much lighter, healthier, energetic and positive after leaving a session. It's so much more than a physical release of toxins, it's almost like a therapy session so you get a 2 for 1!
