I mistakenly misquoted some info about my medical history...my fault and while I did find a copy with the info they needed to verify the correct numbers...they no longer wanted to see it, and their NP decided to decline me as a patient until I could get a medical release from my physician. Waste of time for me unfortunately. It would have been better if I did the consult online but I don't think they are allowed to do that? So, I went to another IV vendor across town instead, one that I was already established with and was able to get my IV vitamins there and very little IV fluids were required so no issue with my blood pressure. Anyway, beware if you have any kind of medical history, to be judicious as to how you describe it to the providers as, if they hear anything that's a red flag, they may likely decline to provide you with services and you will have wasted 45 minutes of your day for nothing. Also, if you think you will likely need a medical release, perhaps ask if they can just give it to you up front so you can walk in with it already signed. That way you won't go through what I went through and waste your lunch hour just to be denied services by the oh so congenial nurse practitioner.

The best part about Dr. Payne is that he doesn't want you to have to go to him every week for the rest of your life - his philosophy is all about getting your health to an optimal condition, where you would go to him only for routine maintenance (similar to a dentist). He is friendly, personable, and has a wealth of knowledge about the body that I've never seen from even a regular doctor. She really takes the time to go over your past results to make sure you get what you need. All of the staff are friendly and professional. I originally found them through a Groupon. You can usually use one Groupon every 90 days but make sure to read the fine print before purchasing to determine if it meets your needs. Services bought through Groupon don't earn you rewards points through programs like ASPIRE Rewards, so you may do better overall buying directly from them - I highly recommend signing up for email and text alerts so you get notified of their flash sales.

They are not the only med spa in the city and definitely not the best as I do have multiple bruises now and I should not bruise at all with the procedure I had and that is just above and beyond the fact that I was overcharged and they refused to give my money back.
