I love that ALWC offers various wellness treatments and continues to expand their wellness…read moretreatments. Throughout the past year I've been able to try their salt therapy room, vitamin shot, whole body vibration machine and foot detox. The salt therapy room was a cool experience and I loved that they had Bluetooth speakers inside the cubicle. I tried their whole body vibration machine today which was a wierd but cool experience. After a couple of minutes I tried a couple of the suggestive poses and became comfortable with the whole body vibration machine. Through the various treatments I've noticed my body feels better and soreness level is reduced as I tend to come here after a workout. The ladies at the front are sweet and friendly. I look forward to my next visit.

From start to finish, my overall experience was good. The ease of making an appointment and…read morefilling out initial paperwork went well. I scheduled a full body thermography, so there was a lot of prep involved. Or lack there of because you couldn't shower, brush your teeth, take vitamins and bunch of other items leading up to your appointment. They don't want anything to interfere with the results, which I totally get. My appointment went well, but there was some confusion as to my appointment to review the report. After a bunch of back and forth, I decided to just have my doctor (a certified smarty pants aka DO!) review it. All in all, I would still go back and try other services. I really want a detox foot bath!

Cryo and sauna are must dos when you come here! Staff is always amazing and I really appreciate how…read morecareful and through they are when it comes to medical history when doing ivs. Other places I've been to will just hook you no questions asked and not cater to you specific, here they want to make sure you get the best possible iv treatment. I'll be a lifelong customer here!

Disappointing that now to get some IV vitamins you have to go through an extensive wellness check…read morebeforehand. I mistakenly misquoted some info about my medical history...my fault and while I did find a copy with the info they needed to verify the correct numbers...they no longer wanted to see it, and their NP decided to decline me as a patient until I could get a medical release from my physician. Waste of time for me unfortunately. It would have been better if I did the consult online but I don't think they are allowed to do that? So, I went to another IV vendor across town instead, one that I was already established with and was able to get my IV vitamins there and very little IV fluids were required so no issue with my blood pressure. Anyway, beware if you have any kind of medical history, to be judicious as to how you describe it to the providers as, if they hear anything that's a red flag, they may likely decline to provide you with services and you will have wasted 45 minutes of your day for nothing. Also, if you think you will likely need a medical release, perhaps ask if they can just give it to you up front so you can walk in with it already signed. That way you won't go through what I went through and waste your lunch hour just to be denied services by the oh so congenial nurse practitioner.
