Mine was $15 or so. After the staff gives you a tour, they'll take you to the private rooms where you do your 3 minute drill in the cold. Like the reviews state, the staff keeps you talking so you don't feel much. Just remember to wear socks and gloves. I forgot to wear my gloves and couldn't feel my fingers for a couple hours. It wasn't that bad tho, as it was my fault and not anybody else's. The 3 minutes went by quickly, and before you know it I was getting dressed and on my way home. Before I become a regular tho, I want scientific research that backs up the so-called benefits of this. If anyone can find articles or research please send it! Really cool concept though!

I've had only one session but I was offered a package to make returning for a series more affordable. In fact, most if not all services have packages or memberships which bring down the prices if you are planning repeat visits. The treatments are fantastic, and the staff is great. The place is always well staffed. I've never had a wait for anything unless I had an appointment and arrived early. My walk in visits are also quick. And the staff knew my name after only a couple visits. They are friendly and efficient. I've been to other cryo facilities in the area but this is now my self care home base. Either way, it's the weekend and in a bit of a bind until my doctors office opened, I did some research and found cryotherapy as a possible fix for the swelling and pain. Having done cryotherapy before, I gotta day, this facility is the best looking one I've come across and I've been to four other ones in the metroplex already. I'm talking from the aesthetics to the actual technology behind the Cryo and other machines I walked by. Most importantly, two things stood out to me: weekend hours and excellent customer service. Many Cryo spots close at noon or 3pm on the weekends, thankfully this place closes at 6pm, a major reason for making the 20 minute drive from North Dallas. Their first time of $20 Cryo was pretty nice too. Last but definitely not least, the two lovely ladies Kaleigh and Tiffany were top notch! Kaleigh was super patient with my crutch hobbling self getting into the locker room, then the Cryo machine etc. Tiffany was great with our kiddos and gave some extra tips and even convinced the Mrs to try cryo for her first time (which she loved!). All in all this women owned and woman ran business was amazing and had that extra touch you don't see everywhere.
