I was a patient here some years ago. Honestly if I was to move back I would still pick this place. I drove about 45 minutes for appointments. Totally worth it. From the lovely lady at the front desk, massage therapist, and all my doctors that adjusted me, I definitely recommend. Also I purchased a pillow from here, had it about 3 to 4 years and finally had to replace it. I searched all through the internet for the pillow since I could not make it to Colony. Colony Chiropractic is great! Everything from Dr Eastman and Dr Black and the care they give, plus the fantastic Haleigh and Caitlyn helping you get scheduled or moving from treatment to treatment, and can't forget about the massage therapists, particularly Marcus, working out any sore spots you might have! I have been going there for a little under a year and I am in great shape. I am in maintenance mode now and go about once a month for an adjustment and a massage just to keep everything fine tuned. This office provides all around chiropractic care, from decompression tables to massage. This is a whole packaged process to wellness. The first visit includes x-rays and the roller table with ice and tens unit. On the second visit you have a one on one meeting with the doctor to discuss the x-rays and intent. That is when you will receive the first adjustment. On my third visit I was given stretches to perform, then went to the roller table and finally was adjusted. The doctor recommends 3 visits weekly for 3 weeks, then down to 2 visits weekly and finally just a weekly visit. With the rehab plan there are 18 recommended visits. What I did not realize is I would do light stretches or exercises before each adjustment. That was never clearly discussed. Each time I arrive I am given a set of stretches to perform and then spend time in the roller table. When the 18 visits are complete you can have another x-ray to see how you have improved. read more

Unfortunately, I dislike writing bad reviews, but this has to be one of my worst chiropractic visits in the 150 appointments I've had at different locations. The bottom line, communication, and timeliness were completely forgotten. Their system doubled booked my appointment, and they had me move my appointment to be scheduled at 11:30 AM on August 4th, 2022. I moved my work itinerary because I needed to increase my mobility and reduce aching. I got on site at 11:15 AM to complete new patient paperwork and any additional information required as an incoming patient. The appointment did not start till 11:55 AM. Part of scheduling an appointment is to start on time or to let the patient know, as I understand timing can be thrown off. Once I was taken to complete my x-rays, I was told that they would NOT be making any adjustments for me today. That is okay with me. However, this was NOT communicated. I am unsatisfied with the services of today, and their team even attempted to upcharge me for other services that were not an adjustment. They used my copay and my insurance to take 60+ minutes of my time to take x-rays when I had my x-rays available from my previous chiropractor. I do not recommend going to this location. I feel extremely frustrated as I've moved my schedule and lost time from work to go and receive treatment. If your management reads this review, I do not want to attend another session. Your front receptionist was inconsiderate, and I was not spoken to besides being asked to sign my forms. read more

My wife and I have been coming for adjustments with Dr. Smith for about 20 years! We have been really happy with her staff and the great service they've provided all these years! Dr. Smith makes time to identify our needs, then recommended a course of treatment and gets your body performing correctly again. We used to live in The Colony, so it was very convenient just 5 minutes away, but we moved away 7 years ago and our drive is now about 40 minutes...but we continue to make the drive. We recommend Dr. Smith and her staff and will continue to come for treatments (adjustments, massages, and stretching machines)!!! read more

This place is neat and organized but I get a slight unfriendly vibe from the front lady. Regular patients who know what to do, have a system down and they go about their business but not a lot of information is given to new patients. When asked to explain the breakdown of the bill taking into consideration my insurance, the receptionist isn't really willing to go into some explaining. This makes the patient feel like a burden for asking. Also it seems every time we go for a visit, most of the appointment time is spent on watching a video, not actual chiropractic work. read more

I give it 4 stars only because of Dr. Romer and the fact that they take my insurance. She is amazing and bedside manner is impeccable! If you want privacy & tranquility... This isn't the place. Get ready to be exposed to the 10 people waiting to be seen or get therapy. Literally there is no privacy when you are on the therapy tables so you cannot be modest. Also, when you get a massage you can hear EVERYTHING that is going on in the office. Therapists are great but it's not the most relaxing environment. read more

I just took my daughter in for a consultation for the first time. Dr. Smith, was incredibly was incredibly patient, detailed and kind explaining her xrays and results from her examination. She explained our options, payments plans, & possible treatment plans, should we want to go that route. I did not feel like the treatment plan was something they were pushing towards us, which I appreciated. I'm passing on it, but after looking carefully, this would have come with many added bonuses . We had to watch a short video, while waiting on Dr. Smith. I could have done without it, but it didn't bother me.( I was on my phone the whole time erasing emails but listening. lol) The staff was very friendly, office was clean and bright. Dr Smith is a truly and amazing chiropractor with the results after 5 months.....Pain Free! I have been playing Softball, Baseball and Football for over 30 years and had some pain issue related to years of sports. Visiting her three (3) times a week for several months....and now my body is recovering and healing properly. Along with a changed diet, (the bonus losing 28 pounds) and her help, my athletic life is changing. The facility is great, the staff is very helpful, the treatments are affordable and the care is superb. The massage therapists are highly skilled with a very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Dr. Smith is also very involved in the community and does several charitable events per year. I highly recommend family and friends to visit her and get a pain free life again! I am a little bias because I had the same chiropractor for 5 years. My insurance covers it, so it's awesome. On my first visit,they did X-rays and asked me some general questions. No adjustment was done or massage, both of which I had planned on when I made the appt, but this information was not told to me. The second visit I got a massage which was nice, then was left in a small room to watch a 15 min video on the history and advantages of chiropractic medicine. A waste of my time, this should of been optional for people whom need more info. The doctor then came in with a pamphlet and a invoice of all the visits and extras she felt I needed. I am 38 and I'm in great shape. I go to a chiropractor for overall wellness. Not to be given a upfront bill for 400$ and also told to buy another 200$ in products they offer. This place try's to upsell and add visits u don't need and your insurance won't cover. Needless to say I won't be returning. Shop around for a doc before settling on this office. read more

Dr. Smith is super friendly and her office offers a wide variety of therapies. However, the wait time for an afternoon/evening appointment is horrendous. The first few times, I understood them to be very busy and waited without a problem. However, it now happens with all evening appointments. Every appointment after 3:00PM is at least an hour (minimum) wait time. I'm not sure what the point is in having an appointment when you have to sit and wait for long periods of time. My time is too valuable to wait that long. I have found other chiropractor offices to be more considerate of appointment times. read more
