I have been seeing Dr Reed since 2012. He has helped me through an accident and two injuries, as well as kept my pain from scoliosis at bay. His adjustments hit the spot with immediate relief, as well as provide longer lasting results than any other chiropractic work I've had throughout my life. Even better than all of this is Dr Reed cares, he truly cares. As soon as I met him, I felt his commitment to making a positive difference for me. I knew then I was not in it alone! I started my chiropractic care due to a car accident back in 2024 with this chiropractor. After the…read moreaccident was resolved, I decided to seek care from several chiropractors. The only reason why I left Dr. Dory is because she gave me anxiety cause every time I came in there she'd spoke so much about her personal problems involving her pelvic floor, constipation, blood work results and other personal problems. I couldn't even relax for my appointments . I told her months in for treatment that she was giving me anxiety, cause she was talking so much about other people's problems while she was adjusting my back. However, I stopped seeing her , decided to return for treatment to talk to her about her, venting "ALL" her personal problems to me because in all actuality, I didn't care because that's not why I came to a chiropractic appointment. However, we never got around to it. I was scheduled with her a couple times, but as a medical professional patients come first so I had to cancel by calling. I missed an appointment apparently on Wednesday. I never got a reminder text, but she decided to be petty and send me a certified letter dropping me as a patient not having all the information. Instead of calling me to inform me she wanted to act juvenile and send me a certified letter which I will not read because it's very unprofessional!! Actually, she did me a favor because I didn't wanna go in there and have to deal with all of her problems ... she has a new front desk, girl, very aggressive about insurance trying to pinch every penny out of me before I even come in there. THIS LADY RUNS HER MOUTH SO MUCH INSTEAD OF ADJUSTING YOU AND SHE GETS DISTRACTED! I have never in my life received a certified letter because I missed an appointment due to not receiving a reminder. She went on and on talking about how her automated system does work, but I didn't get a message . I hung up on her cause I'm not trying to hear all that . Never in my life have I received a certified letter because I missed a damn appointment . As an African-American woman, I know why she did that. Buyer beware !

I brought my friend with me and when she saw just how good Dr. Dasha was in adjusting me she booked an appointment for that same day herself. The staff is very courteous and her office space is very welcoming. I didn't feel like I was just "another patient" but rather an actual person and it showed during my adjustment.
