They have a wonderful treatment room with various methods to assist in your treatment. The only reason why I left Dr. Dory is because she gave me anxiety cause every time I came in there she'd spoke so much about her personal problems involving her pelvic floor, constipation, blood work results and other personal problems. I told her months in for treatment that she was giving me anxiety, cause she was talking so much about other people's problems while she was adjusting my back. However, I stopped seeing her , decided to return for treatment to talk to her about her, venting "ALL" her personal problems to me because in all actuality, I didn't care because that's not why I came to a chiropractic appointment. However, we never got around to it. I was scheduled with her a couple times, but as a medical professional patients come first so I had to cancel by calling. I missed an appointment apparently on Wednesday. I never got a reminder text, but she decided to be petty and send me a certified letter dropping me as a patient not having all the information. Instead of calling me to inform me she wanted to act juvenile and send me a certified letter which I will not read because it's very unprofessional!! Actually, she did me a favor because I didn't wanna go in there and have to deal with all of her problems ... she has a new front desk, girl, very aggressive about insurance trying to pinch every penny out of me before I even come in there. THIS LADY RUNS HER MOUTH SO MUCH INSTEAD OF ADJUSTING YOU AND SHE GETS DISTRACTED! I have never in my life received a certified letter because I missed an appointment due to not receiving a reminder.
