Originally I liked this place. It had good service and is close to home, not to mention near shopping to keep busy during the wait. Then came 3 bad experiences. First one, I was told I could get an alignment and it was good for 6 months, but when I came back 2 months later and asked, they conveniently forgot and could not do. I came back again a month later, and they said they were too busy. Then I bought new tires and needed them to align, sorry, it is out of the 6 months. And they have records I came in. Then while shopping for tires, they guy gave me a quote and to close the sale pointed to my son and added, 'You don't want anything to happen to him." I thought this was way overboard and unnecessary, but what then upset me was after asking questions so that I can make an informed decision, the guy said, "I am tired, I am done talking to you about this." Really, that was unbelievable. I ended up going to Costco and getting way better tires and a better warranty for $25 more out the door. And the third item was when I got home, i told my wife and she said that is where she got the failed oil change. So Just tires changed her oil and put on the air intake hose wrong when checking the filter. This caused the Nissan Murano to later stall in the middle of the street while my then pregnant wife was left stranded. I paid $100 diagnostic at another mechanic, then an incorrect repair recommendation. I got an 2nd opinion at the Nissan dealership and they are the ones that lead me to the intake hose. We fastened it and the car ran like a champ.I did not know this was Just Tires until I came home upset with them. I will never go back, which really sucks because they are open late and on the weekends and are nearby. How sad. read more

First time coming here and great impression. Came in and everybody was very courteous. The guy Steve helped me efficiently and was out of there in a short time. read more

I have been coming to Just Tires for several years and this is still the only place I will buy tires but today, I left very unhappy. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. After one hour and fifteen minutes they had not even started on my car. Only two guys working and a manager that appeared to keep interrupting one of them with complaints and slowing him down. I don't have all day and shouldn't have to wait like that for an oil change. Now I'm sitting at Mountain View Car Wash in Upland getting the oil change, tire rotation and a great car wash for about $20 more and NO WAIT. Works for me. read more

Stop by around 6pm... the guy at the counter saw me but didn't even acknowledge me until about 10mins later, not even a hello. That says a lot about their customer service skills. Anyways, I had a nail in my tire and he said it will be $35 bucks to fix it. I told him, might as well buy a new tire and left. I'll take my business somewhere else. So I drove to Pomona, off Garey Ave, a small tire shop and it was the best $10 bucks I spent and I was in and out in about 15mins with my tire fixed!! read more

Husband checked in at 10:00 for an oil change and it sat on the rack from 10:30 and it just sat there, it is12:00 and it's still not done! So he figured he waited that long may as well have the antifreeze changed What a mistake..the guy he now needs to drive the car because he thinks he put too much in! We usually get good serve but this time it really sucked! read more

Only picked one star because I had to. They deserve zero. I will never go back to this location again or any Just Tires because of how I was treated here. Paul and Adam are absolute unprofessional clowns. I rent a car through Lyft and was told via the Lyft app that I was due for services. I told Paul, the supposed manager owner whatever, that Lyft sent me there and that I need whatever services they require and he even remembered me from my last Lyft service less than a month ago. He couldn't find my account from before so he put it under my personal info in the system (whereas last time it was via Lyft's account.) Instead of doing the correct thing and same this time around so I wouldn't be charged, Paul conned me and signed me up for a service under my personal name and one that I had to pay out of pocket for. When I brought it to his attention that they're charging me for an inspection when last time it was no charge for maintenance, he told me it's because I asked for the wrong service. He absolutely knew what service I wanted and because I didn't use mechanical terms, he signed me up for the service I had to pay out of pocket for. He didn't even try to verify with Lyft what services needed to be done as they have a partnership. When I asked the super slow cashier Adam for a copy of both receipts from all services I had done there, he got a vicious attitude and asked why I wanted them?!! Uhhh because I know you ripped me off and they're my receipts that's why!! I simply was going to just ask Lyft for a reimbursement but when I told them I wasn't leaving until they made this right with the copies of the receipts, they threatened to call the cops on me and made me leave lol how unprofessional is that?!!!? Paul even yelled curse words at me! They're cons and so rude. Totally unprofessional. Stay away!!! Especially if you're female!! And Lyft, they're ripping you off!!!!! read more

Literally rolled Into just tires here on a flat from the freeway. They turned me down and said they're doing a brake job and can't help me until the morning? Confusing for a place that advertises late hours and has the name "just" tires turning customers away when they are still supposedly open for business. Juan wasn't helpful. He just keeps saying "they leave at 8 I can't do anything" read more

Just Tires - Just tires (and brakes?!) - Tires Near Me - Montclair, California

We had an amazing experience with this Just Tires location. The manager and his staff went above and beyond to help us! The night before Christmas Eve we were traveling from our home near Seattle to visit our daughter in Palm Desert and we hit a pothole on the freeway during a rain storm and blew a tire just outside of Chino. It was 9 pm so no tire shops were open. We found a hotel for the night and got up early Christmas Eve morning to track down a tire shop that could help. We called or visited no fewer than 5 shops before we found Just Tires. The others either didn't have the run flat tire we needed or were "too busy" to squeeze us in. Just Tires told us up front that they had 10 customers in the queue ahead of us but they could get it done for us in 3 hours. We were traveling with our three dogs so they made a space for us in the garage where we could wait out of the rain and checked up on us regularly. They replaced our tire and had us back on the road in the 3 hours they estimated. They truly saved the day for us! read more

As I pulled up to this business there were no cars no people in line absolutely nobody there just the workers. Then the employees had me waiting which I did not appreciate. I explained to him I work nights if he could please hurry me up in a politely manner. So the employee took his time so I took my business elsewhere. Thank u very much. Sorry for not going to pep boys first. But they were too busy so I ended up going on Holt n Mtn. Good looking out for half the price. read more

I had to come here recently to get one of my tires repaired due to a slow leak. The staff member I worked with was friendly and helpful. He even gave me a nice, cold bottle of water to help cool off from the hot day. There was a long wait time (2-3 hours). But, to be fair, I came in without an appointment, the job was done within the estimated timeframe, and the price was reasonable. There were also a lot of stores and restaurants close by to occupy my time while I waited. All things considered, it was a good experience. read more

They'll get the job done. But recommended the most expensive tires, way more than we needed. Watch out for the upgrades. Also, they broke the oil plug and tried to charge us for it. To be fair it could have broken in extraction, but they replaced it and didn't tell us until returning our keys. But, they did give us the oil plug free because of this. So, your call. read more

Quality service , but I do recommend making an appointment to keep a shorter wait time.

Just Tires in Montclair, Ca . Great service!. I had nail/screw in my tire. Vincent at customer service was friendly & so helpful. My tire was repaired within 45 min. Anthony was the tech who repaired it. To my surprise there as no charge for the repair. I will definitely be returning to Just Tires for all my tire needs. Thank You, D. Kennedy read more

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire inspection. I do personal injury for a living, so I know the importance of tire safety on a vehicle. I explained to them, the front passenger side of the tire is repeatedly getting low. I even committed what most would be a mistake and vocalized my willingness to purchase new tires if need be. As a courtesy, given it was Saturday and assumed they'd be busy, offered to leave my car as I live somewhat close to this location and could use a walk. They kept my car nearly the entire hours of operation. They stated nothing was wrong with the tire, it just needed air. Not to be difficult, but I asked, 'so it's safe?' And was assured yes. Not happy with having to retrieve my car for a tire inspection after their entire hours of operation, but it was what needed to be done, and I walked back at night to pick my vehicle up. Days later, the tire went low again. This time, I took it to Americas Tire company, and within one hour, they advised there was a nail in that same tire, but it was salvageable by patching it up (for free, even though that's not the highlight). Essentially, Just Tired to Americas Tires what KFC is to Chic Fil A. The latter having better ethics, service, and product. Just Tired, I put you on notice that this service approach may cost lives. read more

Came in for an alignment last week and it ran perfectly fine but I decided to install camber bolts since my car is lowered and had -1.9 camber so I installed them without knowing that out would drastically alter the toe. So I brought it back in today and they aligned it with the specific specs I wanted. Great service with no problems whatsoever. Normally many places would not do the realignment because what I did voided the warranty, but these guys are awesome. read more

I came here because Costco line and appointments were too long not matter what day at opening hours. I guys here were nice and I was able to get out within an hour. read more

I don't live in the area and blew a tire on the freeway. Lucky for me Juan Gonzalez a Customer adviser was working. My friends and I were running late for an important meeting and there was a two hour wait. This is a large tire shop with 6 or 8 car lifts and they were all full. He took it upon himself to change our tire. This was the third shop we had been to and nobody could change our tire for 3 hours. He had us out of there in 20 minutes! They have competitive prices and a comfortable waiting room. It's clean and the crew was all working hard on customer's cars. read more

Brought my car in for alignment and a tire rotation at 2:45pm on a Saturday. They said it would be a couple hours and I was completely okay with that. Come 7 o'clock when they close. Had not gotten a call or anything. I went over to the shop and my car was not outside, it had appeared that they locked the car inside and didn't give me any notice that they were going to be keeping my car over night and did not give me any heads up to pick up my car before they closed the garage up. I don't know about anybody else, but I would feel more safe about my car being parked in my own garage instead of a tire place. I always give this Just Tires the benefit of the doubt. It never works in my favor. read more

Brought my car in for front brakes yesterday at 2pm and was told it would be done by 5 only to get a call at 415 saying to leave it over night. No can do I Needed my vehicle so I picked it up and set an appointment for next day at 10am. brought the car in at 9am and they just finished at 5. don't come here if you expect speedy one day service. giving 2 stars because the manager gave me a discount for the inconvenience of having to Uber around. I may come back but not if I only had one day to take care of business!! read more

What horrible customer service. Hot 4 Goodyear tires from here and bought warranty. I use America's tires and will never come back here! Called a head of time and frustrated 'dude working was not helpful. I met owner before and I was going to have brakes done but that's not going to happen. Told me to pay another 45$ for what?? America's tire doesn't charge but sales tax .. difference is customer service. Place won't last ' read more

I've been using these guys for several years. They've put tires on 5 cars for me now as well as done an alignment and a a few rotations. They are honest and fair. Never any issues. Great shop. read more

I took my car for an oil change and brake service warranty, at first they told me that brakes LOOKED fine, but after telling them again how the noise and vibrating on one of the front tires was doing, they decided to resurface the rotors and PROBLEM SOLVED! the noise and vibrating is gone. The crew looked disappointed about me complaining cause they have to bring the car back in and do more work. The professionalism and judgment of crew is very bad, specially when there's no manager on duty. I'm taking my business somewhere else. read more

Went in today cause they advertise a free alignment check which we're not sure is needed. Attendant quoted 90.00, you can get a lifetime alignment for 189.00 which my husband was considering if we needed an alignment. The attendant said give me your keys and I'll pull it in. Said your going to do it right? My husband says well lets see if it needs it to which the attendant replies well that will be an hour and a half wait. Oh, if we agree to the purchase before the check, we can get it done now. If just want a check at this point, it's a hour and a half wait. Nope, not getting our business, we'll go somewhere else. read more

Been here for 3 hours...two new tires and alignment, seriously. This place needs some lessons on what "hustle" can do for your business. Plus the waiting room looks like a dirty gas station bathroom, and the chairs all look like someone peed on them. Ever heard of cleaning products???Won't come back. read more

Best place to get a radiator flush, the staff were helpful and honest, I would recommend this spot

ZERO stars for ZERO service. Showed up with a flat tire, had the $35 for a flat repair fee. They refused to fix it because they had 10 minutes to close. I'll stick with America's tire a block away. They're always helpful, they just happened to be closed when our flat happened. Thanks for nothing guys. Way to go with the customer service. read more

So I'm driving home from LA on the 10 and I see what looks like a food warmer canister coming straight for my car... With cars on both sides of me I have no choice but to run over it and 20 seconds later the left rear tire indicator lights up... Thank goodness for run flat tires, except I'm still 60 miles from home. I need a tire now... Keep in mind it's 540pm on a Sunday when all the open tire shops are about to close on Super Bowl Sunday! After several no's I called Ricky and explained the problem and with minutes until closing he tells me he would wait for me!!! My family and I get there and we were treated very well from the entire staff. Professional experience all the way! Thank you Ricky for taking care of us, we truly appreciate your help! read more

I came in a hurry and in the rain. They were super helpful and fast! Great customer service. Definitely would recommend them

Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable with my tire purchase. The service was easy, fast and professional!

I accidentally ran into a pot hole and ruined my front tire. Went to a tire shop down the road...tire was pricier than Just Tires, tire not in stock--special order 2 day wait for tire to arrive, 1 hr 20 min wait if I get a different brand. Dude, I hot a flat, its an emergency I can't wait! Just Tires was a different experience. Spoke to Juan over the phone, he confirmed they had the tire in stock, less expensive and 30 min repair time. Yes indeed. While inspecting the other tires they found screws in 2 other tire that I didn't even know about. I'm glad they told me about because I'm about to embark on a 1300 mile journey. Needless to say, Juan hooked it up, very personable, polite and overall great customer service. He also found ways to get me additional discounts! The service technicians were also quick. Hit up Juan if you need tires. read more

I had an appointment for an alignment at 4:30, was told it would take an hour. Still here at 6:30 and my car is now being touched for the 1st time by anyone. I'm only rating this a 1 start for there customer service. Regarding they couldn't find my info after I spent $751.40 on alignment and brand new Eagle One tires last year on 6/4/19. I came in May 17,2020 I needed tires rotated and balanced. Rep asked me for my number and addresses still couldn't find my info. Like WTF!! Maybe I was a little impatient but this place is a joke on service time. Like a rolli polli of a place. I only came to this spot cause of the alignment. I buy my tires at American... Subject: Stupid Petty Theft by an employee. I have been using your company for many years to do my oil changes. Up until today I was completely satisfied. Today is the first time I got screwed. I explained I would make an appt if necessary to get the online pricing, but the shop was on my way home. They said no problem as was done every other time I went without an appointment in the past. According to your website my total should have been about $41.10, I was charged $45.26. Not a big deal. Just a few bucks. This is what gets me... My concern is THEFT either your tech or service writer stole and presumably ate a single piece of See's chocolate I had just purchased to take home for my girlfriend. It is a special thing she really enjoys. It doesn't cost much but I did not realize it until I got home, and no I did not stop anywhere else. That is as low class as you can get. Like taking candy from a baby. I normally empty out my car before going anywhere just to prevent the possibility of things like this happening. Now I will have to check every inch to make sure nothing else is missing. I can't believe it. I really can't. Update: I sent a message through the corporate website to the corporate headquarters. The manager from the Montclair office calls me and says he got my email. Then he proceeds to tell me that he will investigate it, now get this , to make sure that nothing happened. Really? He wants to make sure nothing happened? Definitely not going back there again read more

I was hesitant to come here at first but i called ahead and ask if they do match price since i already bought 2 tires at Sams Club, i spoke to Juan who was very nice and helpful. He said they do pricematch but unfortunately, they do not have the tires in stock but i still went to their shop and he showed me 3 model tires closest to the ones i already got coz i needed to change my 2 rear tires. He gave me a good deal and i didnt realize until he told me that Just Tires is the same ownership as Good Year so pretty much it covers warranty in both tire shops if you need to bring it for service. I am very pleased with the service privided and they also did a free wheel alignment. read more

I bought 4 tires from them. Their tires are good and they do the job rather quickly. Ask for Ricky. Pricey, yes but you get what you pay for:) I would give this place 5 stars, but their waiting area sucks! Its dirty with no AC or fan or anything and it's hot as hell in there always. I suggest if you get service go across the street to the burger place with lots of AC and greasy food. read more
