Long story short-I went in to have my tire checked out for a leak and the guy took my truck right on in the bay being they were not busy. 1-1/2 hrs later I got my tires replaced because I had purchased the road side hazard. The sorry sales guy kept putting people in front of me that came in after me and they all kept leaving before me ! He just freaking ignored me over and over until I continued approaching him. He never mentioned when he would have my trailer tires in the next day that he ordered me. Poor service and they acted like they didn't give a shit about their customers ! Horrible business. Do not go here. The workers do not know how to change tires without bending rims . I took my car there to have new tires put on and they bent 3 of my rims. Tried to contact manager he's never there and when I finally got to speak with him he just ignored me. I reached out to customer service they sent me to Good year complaints department. They took a month to get back to me and they denied my claim this is after 2 and a half of not being able to drive my car. This business is the worst I have ever seen. They do not stand behind there work and will ignore you and give you the run around if you have any problems. It's sad they are called Just tires but they can't even change a tire without out destroying your rims . Do not go there and tell everyone you know not to waste there hard earned money here. I purchased two full sets of tires from Just Tires, plus a couple of replacements when I had flats. Their service and quality were excellent and I got a great deal on price. They have sales often and send out coupons so it's worth getting on their mailing list. If you want a particular brand of tire that is not in regular stock they are happy to order them for you. Had my tires from Amazon sent to Peb Boys for installation. Came 1/2 hour early to mount them. Was told it would be 2 - 3 hours. Right. So came to 'Just Tires'. They are really nice ( spoke with Kirstey). and honest!. Said it would take about an hour, on a Thursday at 2:30. Left it off, and after it was finished. Only charge $25.00 for everything. If zero was an option then thats what they would have. Went for an oil change tore rotation and a wheel alignment, oil cap broke had to wait for the part. Got a call that my car was ready and it wasn't. Had to wait two more days to get it. If that wasn't enough already they turned my air and front defroster on, left it on and just cut off the car. Then I finally get my car on Friday(dropped my car off Monday) get in the car and the battery is dead. Was told that it was due to the car being in the bay for two days with no oil, guy who came to fix it said the battery loses charge after its hooked up. Well no shit Sherlock, i wouldn't have had an issue if the battery wasn't anymore than a yr old! Oil has nothing to do with the battery so how stupid do you think I am? We stopped in right before they closed as we were on a road trip and felt vibration in the car that concerned us. They told us to drop by and they were very nice and thorough. They had one tire for us and provided a spare just in case for the weekend as we needed to replace the second back tire on the way back Sunday which was also shredding. They could have turned us away and went home on time, but instead, they helped us and showed us the damage to explain what happened. Highly recommended! read more

I had my tires balanced and rotated 8 months ago, which gave me a 6 month warranty. Of course, at 8 months I was told it needs to be done again. After the salesman left, I said out loud with no one listening, that pisses me off. All of a sudden, who I believe was the manager, came out of his office and began letting me know he heard me and started behaving in a very confrontational manner. I am a female being spoken to very rudely by a strange man who had an angry tone in his voice, which made me very uncomfortable. I called my husband just to get out of the conversation, and could still hear him talking about this in the background. I left there very shaken up by this confrontation, and could not believe I was spoken to so rudely, even though I did say something that maybe I shouldn't of. This was at the very least unprofessional. For me to send a review with anything less than 4 stars is not like me at all, so I hope this gives you a good idea of how this upset me. Just Tires means JUST TIRES. Dont have them do any actual service that requires turning a wrench. Also threw off weights after they just balanced wheels before I got all the way home. I had a slow leak in my tire. (rear passenger) I went here prepared to either pay to have the tire patched or replaced. The front desk person calls and says the tire was slit on the side and it was not repairable. He proceeds to attempt to sell me a set of four tires. My car is fairly new and no where near the 50k mark so I know I'm not buying a full set. He never offers to show me the slit in the tire but proceeds to sell me a pair instead. I refuse because they are expensive tires and also my current tires are no where near the 50k mark. I inform him that the car itself has 30k miles so im sure there is no way the tread is as bad as you're claiming. Long story short I take my car down the street and they poor a liquid into the tire and it bubbles where the hole is. The tech there finds a small nail in the bottom of the tire and shows me. He then says we can patch this easy. Long story short, shady people doing shady business at Just Tires. This review reflects the Garner location on Bratton drive, I don't want others to be taken advantage of or have other locations suffer for the actions of a couple guys at this location. read more

I believe they intentionally mess up your vehicle. I had no issues with my vehicle. I bought tires here and got an oil change. Less than three months later my transmission has gone up. Not sure how my transmission fluid was drained . I had drained and refilled all the fluids three months prior when I hit 85k miles. I just figured pay for the oil while I was getting the tires switched(that's where I went wrong). They also didn't know how to reset the tires sensors, which goes even further since they are just tires. Buy the tires and do the work yourself otherwise watch them. read more

Had a scheduled appointment for a tire rotation on a Sunday. The total wait time in the lobby for a tire rotation was over an hour. Close to an hour and a half. Went in for oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Had an appt scheduled for 8 am. Waited outside door until time, wanted to be first in line for drop off to get my hubby to work. I tried to open the door at 8am and wasn't open. Had to wait. Door should not be locked at opening time. Door should be promptly opened and ready for business. Then when I came in the lady still wasn't logged in abs ready for business. So I had to wait for that as well. Needless to say it took forever for her to do so. Then I got a call at 10 am from the technician asking me if I wanted man alignment....well yes since that's one of the reasons I dropped it off for. How can this be?? How does the guy that had my car not know what is requested by customer. Also if I wanted a new battery mine was low. Any who good to go. Also why did they just call me at 10am if my appt was at 8am?? So then got another call saying it's ready and did I wanted a 1 yr or 3 yr warranty on alignment. I told her my husband would decide when he picks up...ok great (from her). Then my hubby gets there to pick up and they ask if he wants a 6 months or 3 yr warranty for alignment??? So who knows what's going on at this place!!?! Not the workers!! I will not be going back to this place! I have been here multiple times and would rave about them. I don't know if they have suffered during the pandemic crap with help or what...but it has definitely went downhill!!! Also they usually put the little sticker for the next oil change in your car too....nope! I had to go and ask for it! Also you used to get a print out of where everything measured up for your oil change...nope not now. Ugh those things are nice to have and have ALWAYS gotten them. I'm sad about how the customer service and responsibility has went downhill. I also went back in to grab all the things I usually get there and asked about why everything was so crappy now....told them just what I told you how the whole day unraveled....zero apologies for how the appt and service went. I went here because it was on the way to work. Evidently it is one of the only tire places in the 40/42 area. With an appointment I had to wait 2 hours for a rotate and balance. Friendly staff, there just needs to be about 5 more tire shops in the area to handle the demand. read more

I went here for an oil change, and they told me I needed new tires. I told them I had to think about it, which meant I needed to contact my husband. After hearing back from him, I went to the counter to tell them I would get the tires elsewhere (they severely overcharge, compared to the usual place we go), they were already replacing my tires. I purchased new tires with a oil change. I paid my bill only to find out I was VERY MUCH OVERCHARGED for the Miscellaneous charges. The one that stands out is a 67.50 charge for a WHEEL BALANCING at a RIDICULOUS HIGH PRICE. You can get the same service from MR TIRE for 29.99. My Advice is to check your PAPERWORK before you agree to anything. I was NEVER EXPLAINED this CHARGE and many other one that are on my bill. I also was charged $84.95 for a wheel alignment that can be purchased at MR Tire for only $ 49.99. And to make matters WORSE you get a BS response My advice STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. Been here twice. Second time will be my last. I scheduled my appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. Received an email confirmation that read "tires" and "oil change." After about 45 minutes to an hour I noticed my car outside, but no one came to tell me so I had to ask if it was ready...and it was. I checked out and left, but on the way home got a bad feeling so double checked my receipt. I discovered they did not rotate my tires. I called to inquire as to why and the man who answered informed me that I did not request a tire rotation. I reiterated that I had indeed schedule one and received a confirmation. he continued to argue with me. I began second guessing myself and double checked my email confirmation. I drove back to the store and the gentleman continued to insist I was wrong even when I showed him the confirmation. He NEVER offered to rotate my tires. I ended up leaving since he was not listening to me. I contacted corporate, received a phone call from the district manager with an apology. He assured me the store manager would be calling me to set up the tire rotation and would send me a refund. It has been 3 weeks and I have NOT received either. read more

This is a pretty good place to get tires...after you've done your research and price comparing. I called to get tire quotes on my car and they were very high compared to other tire providers. Then the manager told me that they price matched. I printed the best price I could find and took it sure that they couldn't match the price. Well, they did. They had the tires in the next day. I should have asked before I had them install, but installation was a bit pricey compared to other shops. I wasn't too upset though after the hit they took with my price match. Service was friendly. I didn't get my last set of tires from them because they didn't carry the make I wanted, but I'll keep them in mind for future needs read more

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I went in to ask them about my ONE tire that had a problem holding air. I figured there was a nail in the tire and it would be a quick fix they'd patch the tire and I'd be out. After waiting an 1.5 hrs to have my tires looked at, they told me two of my tires were dry rotting, and I had no tread on all four of my tires, that it would be unsafe for me to drive home and I'd need four brand new tires before leaving. I declined the new tires and decided to try another place. I went to T.A.G Automotive (I highly recommend going here to see Bobby). I was in and out in 30 minutes. I was told the only problem I had was a nail in my tire - NO dry rotting, and enough tread on my tires to go another 10,000 miles, AT LEAST. I took my vehicle to Just Tires in Cleveland Community (40/42) for a tire rotation. They told me that my front tires were in bad condition, and that they couldn't rotate the tires for safety purposes and that I needed to buy 2 new tires. I left and took my vehicle to TWO other, independent tire shops, and both of them said that they tires were in good shape and there was no reason to buy new tires now. Also, on a previous occasion, I took a different vehicle to this same location to have its tires rotated, and they told me that they couldn't rotate them because there was something wrong with the bearings, and they quoted me a price to repair them. I took it to another mechanic's shop, and they said that the bearings looking fine. Both times that I took my vehicles in for free tire rotations (which they offer if you purchase tires from their company), they told me that something was wrong with my vehicle, but other tire shops and mechanics disproved. Seems like they are just trying to make money by having their customers buy products and repairs that aren't necessary. I won't be going back to this or any other Just Tires locations, and I won't recommend them. read more
