Yesterday morning I purchased for used tired from rockside. By yesterday evening I had a flat…read more I went back this morning (had to call AAA yesterday because I was stranded at work due to the flat) and they patched the hole. I left, and noted they did not recalibrate the TPS. Did that and decided to check the tire pressure myself. All four of them were at different pressures, two of which were 20psi OVER where it should be. At this point I'm pressed. We paid $185 for a tire that had a hole and needed patching. I had to call AAA, and I missed half a day of work. We go back. We're like hey, clearly whoever put these on doesn't know wtf they're doing b/c we had a hole and they're all at different pressures and they're over pressure. This sucks, we don't want your shoddy tires we want our money back. They did absolutely jack all to make it right. I drove to my mechanic to make sure the tires were now safe to drive on. They fixed the tire pressure in them, and my mechanic said that I won't die, but the tires they sold me have tread on them so bad they would NOT pass state inspection. $185 and if I had to get an inspection tomorrow I wouldn't pass? Are you for real right now? This is unreal and not right. Integrity is dead in the modern age.

Went today to get a tire I bought elsewhere mounted. I speak Spanish but most other Spanish…read morespeakers assume I do not. Attendant came up to me and asked what I needed. I told him and he went to ask the manager what he should charge. This all happened next to me and the manager said to try to get me to pay more than normal. When the attendant told me the price, I asked if they could do better. They lowered the price by 25%. During the mounting I heard the mechanic call me an expletive for asking for a discount. At this point I made it clear that I spoke Spanish and he should not be treating his customers this way. When I went to pay I had a long conversation with the store manager and he refused to take any responsibility, calling it a misunderstanding. Buyer beware, I will never return and will let everyone I know not to go there.

Darren is the owner and a hard working man. We learned of his shop through a tow truck driver who told us he purchased all of his tires through Darren, which is what we needed to hear. Today my tire was low, figured it had a nail in it and stopped by, no appointment, they looked at the car right away, replaced a valve stem, no charge as we had bought the tires there and away I went. We have bought 2 full sets of tires, had an oil change and had a nail pulled from a tire and we have never been there for a long wait. This is the place to go, they can get most brands and they don't have all of the ridiculous overhead or franchise fees and all of the other things that make the price of your tires go up and up. When Darren quotes you a price it is the price on the rim and out the door, not this that and the other thing added on once you get there.

My wife dropped the truck off at 8:00 AM while I was at work, yet I still found myself waiting past closing time to pick it up. The final bill exceeded what I would have expected to pay at a Chevrolet dealership for the same maintenance. While I understand quality work comes at a price, the value simply was not there for the amount charged. What left the strongest impression was sitting in the waiting area listening to the manager/owner conduct business calls that did not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from a company handling expensive vehicles. What killed it for me was the estimate. First, it was WAY more expensive than I thought. But I could have dealt with that had they just broken down the bill for me: parts, labor, recycling fees, taxes. You know, the same way every other shop does it. But when I asked for this, all I got was, "Out system doesn't do that." Dead end. So I went where I could get more transparency.

I called to let them know that I would be switching out wheels and lug nuts also so I was charged an additional $40. All good with me. After my service I was charged another $40 for what I believe was Tesla tax but oh well. But that was fine too. I drove approximately 35 miles and I start to hear a weird click and rumble. I pull over looking around and soon realized some of my lug nuts can be removed by hand... that was my run making that noise. I hope my new aluminum wheels will be ok. I call them and they ask me to bring it in, in which I tell them I'm not driving it. So they send their service guy with his electronic impact which he stated could have had a dead battery the day before. He says that he knows the torque spec is 129 ft-lbs. He tightens again with the same impact and leaves saying that it could be my lug nuts. That night, I made sure to buy a torque wrench and a socket to tighten my lug nuts myself. Just to make sure it's not my wheel nuts like was stated before, I checked them at home with the wrench set to 129lbs of torque. A good number of them were loose again by the 50 something miles I drove. I drove around for another few days and my lug nuts have not loosened up. I'm just glad my wheel didn't roll off on the highway.
