DO NOT COME HERE!! I WOULD RATE 0 STARS. Unorganized business and they scam you for your money. I came in to get my charger portal fixed because my phone wasn't charging, they said they need to order the part and it would take 3 days. It took over a week for the part they ordered. Meanwhile in between the time I was waiting for the part to be shipped in the mail, I broke the screen to my phone. They charged me $160.00 to fix my phone screen and they never fixed the changing part. My phone broke again 1 month later and would not charge. I went in thinking they would fix it for free since they didn't get the job done correctly the first time. They said they didn't have my information or file from my first visit. Maybe because it's in a huge messy pile of paperwork thrown into there cupboard. And they said they would have to charge me again to fix the broken charging part on my IPHONE 6. I said no thanks I'm not paying again, and it takes you over a week. I drove to HERMOSA BEACH to a phone repair shop called DROPSMASHFIX and was helped by Isreal. He fixed my charging portal on my IPHONE 6 in 20 mins and he even fixed the bad placement of my phone screen for free. He said JUST TECH did not place the screen correctly it was completely off. Go to HERMOSA BEACH,The place in hermosa is professional and organized. They even have a 100 day warranty in case anything happens they will not charge me. JUST TECH SOLUTIONS IS TERRIBLE. i went to get my phone screen fixed and he fixed it and when he put on my new screen it had a yellow tint and 2 days later the screen started coming off he would not give me a refund or re-fix my phone/ give me another screen. Horrible customer service and the price for getting my phone was $130 was a rip off for what i got in return. My laptop completely died. So frustrating as it is about a year old and I paid over $700 dollars for it. I had the back of the computer off in an attempt to check out the battery, but it was sealed and integrated into the unit. I brought the computer to Just Tech Solution and within 3 minutes, Judd, a super friendly employee looked at the back of the unit and found a small wire that had detached. BINGO. He was able to plug it back in and I was out the door with my laptop fully functioning. Impressive. Judd wouldn't accept money or a lunch. So happy to be able to write a positive review for the shop. He could have chosen to keep the unit in the shop for 'diagnostics' or to increase billing with labor, tinkering, whatever, but he didn't. Much appreciated. Sadly, very poor business practices and service. Brought in my MacBook Air because mouse wasn't working properly. The owner said I was "lucky" because he had just bought a mouse for another Apple that didn't fit. Said it would take a few days and wanted $45.00 "diagnostic" fee before I walked out of the door. Two days pass and no word. I call and he asks if I can give him a few more days. So a few days again pass- no news. I call again and ask. "Sorry, very busy maybe tomorrow." I then call on seventh day! I tell the worker that I will just pick up my laptop because it's been a week now! When I go to get my laptop on the 7th day, the worker tells me that my Laptop is NOT THERE! He says the owner has another shop and it's there. He says the owner will return at 5:30 pm. I tell the worker, that I no longer want to wait for service & that I just want my laptop back, & to tell the owner to call me when he arrives. NO Phone call! I go to the shop the next (8th) day to pick up my laptop. The owner tells me he was up until 11:30 P.M.working on my laptop, but the mouse didn't fit so he ordered a new one! This is becoming comical. I said I just want my laptop back and that's it. I took it and left. No communication with me through the whole week. I had to keep calling and got the run around. So I basically paid $45 to have them store my computer for eight days. Extremely disappointed. The guy also had an attitude with me, like I was doing something wrong by not understanding that he was up late working on my computer! Why did he not know it was the wrong size trackpad in the first place? Honestly, I wonder if he even touched my laptop or if it just sat there for eight days collecting dust. read more

There is NO WAY this place has gotten all these good reviews.I had a laptop, it wasn't charging & the USB ports weren't working. I took it in, they kept it for weeks upon weeks the first time, problem wasn't fixed. I took it back, they kept it for weeks, it still was not fixed and they didn't even look at the USB ports because they forgot. I took it in a THIRD time, problem still was not fixed AND the manager hit on me, it was not appreciated. They are nice enough but they won't fix your stuff and they lag. read more

This company opened a few months ago. I've always past it on Western Ave., but haven't had the pleasure of using their service till recently. What first won me over was that they offer reasonable, competitive prices for everything. What kept me going back was the welcoming environment and willingness to help me understand the process of what they were working on. I first went to them for a virus on my computer; they not only cleaned it of the virus and all malware, they also gave me files of the programs they ran to find the problem, what they did to get rid of the virus and where they found it. Unlike other stores where I just take their word, Just Tech Solutions were willing to give me the lowdown on what happen and how they went about to fix it. The owner, Freddy, is extremely personable and provides above and beyond customer service. I'm treated like a person and not a number- you really feel welcomed and honestly it's above and beyond service. Since I've got my computer cleaned, I've gone back for computer repairs and used their computer workstation for printing service. They also have computer training classes and sell many electronics at affordable prices. Plus the hours are great. To sum it all up, I highly recommend Just Tech Solutions to everyone. read more
