Not happy. Dropped off computerThursday was told I could get it Thursday night.Went back Saturday asked for computer the guy couldnt find it.I had to locate it by pointing to it from the desk. He then said it wasnt ready I could come back in the evening. I explained I couldnt do that because I would be working until 10 pm. He then said I could come by after 10pm, he would be there due to a remodeling project. I said ok. I called at 9:30 and they did not awnser phone. So I did not.drive across town to pick up I figure he was bullshitting me once again. I emailed them as well, no reply ever. I went in today ( Monday) at 10am.They were not open. The guy didnt show up until 10:30 am. I waited in my car a few minutes after he opened before I went in. When I walked in the door he asked me how he could help me. I had to explain to him I was there to pick up my Dell. He then remembers and says oh We are not finished with it yet.He stated it'll only be a few minutes though. He claimed to have found a virus and he was working taking care of it. Well, 1.5 hours later of waiting he tells me it's done and had the audacity to ask for $20 more. (He had been paid in full $70 last Thursday). I said let me call my husband. He then says oh oh forget it . I get home turn on my computer and it runs worse than it did before I brought it in. I would give them zero stars if possible. This guy is Dishonest from start to finish. Also as I was leaving he told me my computer runs slow because it is not a high end Dell computer.I guess this was his OUT since he obviously knew I was going to be unhappy. read more

I needed an antistatic mailer bag, and figured this place would have many used ones to spare. I called, and the fellow said they had lots of them around. I visited, and when I asked what I owed, the fellow said his boss wanted to charge $15.00 for the one bag (not sure if it was used or new) because "these bags are expensive". These bags actually cost 60 cents each in quantities of 10 at Fry's, so I said he could keep it. The fellow was polite despite his boss's ridiculous gouging policy. I can only conclude that they are used to preying on technically naive customers. I would hate to depend on their honor for a fair price. Beware. read more

Short Story: Just Tech Solutions could not recover data on a hard drive after having it for over a week (Cost was about $29 for failed attempt). Took laptop to another repair service company and they recovered most, if not all data. Longer Story: Took laptop in on 5/31/16 in hopes to recover hard drive data. I was told by Judd that I would be contacted in 2 days. I had to call 4 days later to find out the status - still working on it. Waited another week, and I had to call again, this time I was told they could not get the data off the hard drive. Took it to another computer repair company, and they had success. I am really not convinced Just Tech even attempted to recover the data, but I have no concrete evidence to support this. I am not looking for compensation, just wanted to share experience. read more

I came here a few days ago with a phone issue. From my own research, I figured that I needed a new charging port. The technician seemed "confused" about what the problem might be, but was willing to change the port for $100...with no real confidence or guarantee that my phone would be fixed. After my initial view of this establishment was given in anger, I was able to detect that the professionalism that I was initially accorded with was definitely still there and that all was simply an error on the part of miss-communication. My girlfriend had a problem with her older PC. Normally, I do the maintenance and repair, but I just didn't have time to get it done by the next day when she needed the computer. Sometimes you just need a professional, so we decided to take the computer to Just Tech, and she and I are both glad that she did. She had her computer repaired and back at home in under 24 hours, paid a fair price, and she felt like she was welcomed into the shop by Judd and Fred (Fred seemed to be in charge - owner or manager perhaps?). She's not very computer savvy but she went away feeling like these two had her interests at heart. Based on their fee and the fact that they didn't try to upsell her on unnecessary things, I feel the same way. Recommended! read more

Horrible company. Careless liars with zero respect for customers. Do not trust them with your electronics. Took an Xbox that would not power on to them. Said they would trouble shoot it for 25$ and call the next day. 2 weeks pass with no call. I call to find out what's going on and am told technician took apart and put back together with no answer. So another guy says he's gonna take apart and call back same day. Another week and a half pass and no call. Come to find out only one guy works there and he lied and never touched it. Again no call back. Call back again and told will have it ready by 8pm. Again no call. I call them back next day and say I am on my way to pick up. I get there and he pretends he's working on it it laughing and smiling like it's a joke. I see in bag power cord or control never touch. This company is a joke lied to my face laughing about it. It's only an Xbox but how can a lying company be trusted with with someone's personal info on a computer.
