Run FAST and FAR away from these guys! I had my nephew to take my pc in to replace DOUR KEYS a week before I took an extended trip out of state. They said no problem, it would be finished in time. The day before I'm leaving, I'm still calling them, and now they are saying the keyboard is "special" and is going to take longer. Well I don't have longer, but my nephew lends me his for the trip. SIX WEEKS LATER I return and they have not received the parts!! I tell them to just put it back together and I'll take it somewhere else. Guy "tracks the shipment" and says it will be there tomorrow. Fine. I leave it another day. THEN he calls asking for the power chord. Are you KIDDING ME? How have you been working on this thing for 8 weeks, and NOW you need the power chord? The power chord was delivered to them a few days after the OC was dropped off, because my nephew had to make a special trip take it. I finally pick up the pc the day before I'm going out of state again and (WAIT FOR IT!) they put a CHINESE KEYBOARD ON IT! Then he cannot find my chord so he gives me some filthy, shitty chord to use until he can find mine! I didn't discover until I was in Texas that, guess what? The Chinese keyboard is DIFFERENT than the standard pc, so now the pc is basically unusable, has no chord, and my nephew is out over $300! I called the guy and he says "Well you have x many days to bring it back." To which I remind him that I am in Texas for the next 6 weeks. He THEN tells me I can ship it, but that at this point he's not making any money one it. Dude cannot even find the power chord, orders a Chinese keyboard, over charges my nephew, and NOW he thinks I'm going to SHIP the pc to him? WORST excuse for customer service and work product EVER!!! A few weeks ago, I shattered the screen on my iPhone 4, and needed a new one pretty quickly. After reading some reviews on here, I thought "awesome! They'll fix it fast!" Well, I thought wrong. Who ever helped me was pretty condescending and seemed bored and inconvenienced by me being a patron at their place of work. I was put off , but left my phone anyway because it needed their services. I ran some errands for about two hours figuring, based on reviews, they'd be done. When I returned they told me to come back in another hour or two, and so I did. Still wasn't done. Left for another two, and it was finally done by the time I showed up. That's six hours. I was trying to be understanding, but whoever was working was still quite rude. It was a Memorial Day and my phone had just gotten run over in a parking lot. The screen was shattered and would not function. I honestly thought there wasn't any hope left. It is especially hard to acquire an iPhone during this pandemic due to the Apple stores being closed so my frustrations were very high. I found Just Tech Solutions on yelp via a friend and gave them a call. The gentleman who is the owner answered the phone and told me he would be glad to assist me. We met up at 11am (he left home and came to his store to open it temporarily to assist me) I just wanted confirmation that I could retrieve some pictures. Instead he fixed my phone and replaced the screen. He went above and beyond and even placed a protection screen for free which he did not have to do. In fact he didn't have to do anything since it was Memorial Day and most businesses were closed. Very friendly service and a sense of urgency with his detailed work. Did not want him to replace because service was bad. He tried to charge me 45 dollars but not in contract or agreement. He then tried to charge me 25 dollars. Went in to get my iPhone 6S plus screen repaired, the first screen that they put on shut off every time there was any action or bright color on the screen. I went back to get replaced, and the screen they used seemed ok but I noticed that the touch function wasn't working properly (it would register long or hard press when I would just tap) I decided to just deal with it because I can't be without my phone for another day. But now the screen is starting to shut down on its own again. It's well past the 30 return period so now I'll just buy a screen from Ifixit.com and do it myself like I should have to begin with. read more

Not happy. Dropped off computerThursday was told I could get it Thursday night.Went back Saturday asked for computer the guy couldnt find it.I had to locate it by pointing to it from the desk. He then said it wasnt ready I could come back in the evening. I explained I couldnt do that because I would be working until 10 pm. He then said I could come by after 10pm, he would be there due to a remodeling project. I said ok. I called at 9:30 and they did not awnser phone. So I did not.drive across town to pick up I figure he was bullshitting me once again. I emailed them as well, no reply ever. I went in today ( Monday) at 10am.They were not open. The guy didnt show up until 10:30 am. I waited in my car a few minutes after he opened before I went in. When I walked in the door he asked me how he could help me. I had to explain to him I was there to pick up my Dell. He then remembers and says oh We are not finished with it yet.He stated it'll only be a few minutes though. He claimed to have found a virus and he was working taking care of it. Well, 1.5 hours later of waiting he tells me it's done and had the audacity to ask for $20 more. (He had been paid in full $70 last Thursday). I said let me call my husband. He then says oh oh forget it . I get home turn on my computer and it runs worse than it did before I brought it in. I would give them zero stars if possible. This guy is Dishonest from start to finish. Also as I was leaving he told me my computer runs slow because it is not a high end Dell computer.I guess this was his OUT since he obviously knew I was going to be unhappy. read more

Short Story: Just Tech Solutions could not recover data on a hard drive after having it for over a week (Cost was about $29 for failed attempt). Took laptop to another repair service company and they recovered most, if not all data. Longer Story: Took laptop in on 5/31/16 in hopes to recover hard drive data. I was told by Judd that I would be contacted in 2 days. I had to call 4 days later to find out the status - still working on it. Waited another week, and I had to call again, this time I was told they could not get the data off the hard drive. Took it to another computer repair company, and they had success. I am really not convinced Just Tech even attempted to recover the data, but I have no concrete evidence to support this. I am not looking for compensation, just wanted to share experience. read more
