I call him at 830 and now he is leaving town for 2 weeks and can't come look at my PC. When I tell him this is terrible business practice his only response is "It is what it is" and hangs up. Dude strung me along for nothing. If he didn't want to come out he could've just said that and I could've found someone else. Now it is Saturday morning with most repair shops closed for the weekend.

The last day of my visit, I decided to go over to One Stop Tech Shop to see if any one there might be able to help me but was not aware that they preferred to have appointments. I was a walk in and Frankie came right over to help me. I explained what had happened and he asked me to kind of hang around while he helped people with appointments. He worked me in, in between other people, and did everything he could to try to help fix my phone. In the end, he was unable to help me but he did help me set up my new Apple ID (boy did that hurt) and got me back logged into to my phone. I would suggest, if you are in the Geneseo area, that you go see Frankie and friends! They were great and very knowledgeable! Even though I had start over with everything on my phone, I was quite entertained while waiting and I met some nice people!!

Jim at City Computer got a broken charger piece out of my laptop with same day service for a…read morereasonable price ($45 plus tax). He is at the very top and way back of an office building on East Main called Lozier. I had to ask a few people along the way where Jim was located, but they were all friendly and pointed me where I needed to go. He had to take my laptop apart to get the broken piece out, so I left it with him. When I said I worked til 5pm he offered to drop it off to me at work after he was done with the repair. He was a bit confused getting there, but eventually delivered my laptop, saving me a trip back down East Main with all the construction. City Computer is cash or check only, no cards, Paypal, or Venmo.

Very fast and prompt response time and answered every question I had. Dropped my console off on a Wednesday night and had it back in my hands the next day. Worked flawlessly and they even touched up some of the thermal paste for me free of charge. Also had problems with my kids 3DS that no one else would look at or try and fix but ACS told me to bring it in and they would fix it if they could, which was a very unexpected bonus(just waiting on the parts to come in to have it fixed) Overall an incredible, simple, and easy experience and will recommend them to anyone I can for any type of console/electronic repair, am very satsified!!!
