Today's lunch was really satisfying. I was indecisive and opted to try a variety of sides, including the roasted sweet potatoes and roasted beets, as well as the Greek medley and kale chickpea salad. The potatoes and beets were simply prepared, and allowed the natural sweet deliciousness of the beets and potatoes to speak for themselves. The Greek medley and kale salads were a bit too salty, but offered a great mixture of crunchy textures and savory flavors. The basmati rice is enhanced with a smattering of black lentils, and the braised chicken is tender and a nice lunch portion. The green aji sauce is a bit of a mystery, but it was good and I'd certainly order this BYO plate again! Ordering through the app is easy and accurate, and is a real time saver in the middle of a busy work day. read more

Really good, great service kind of expensive. I love salad places and I live in the burbs where we have little choices. I went here and loved it. So creative, so yummy. I got the Thai chicken crunch which was recommended to me by the nice man working there. I get the wontons on the side cause they get soggy quickly. I loved the salad. Really good. It's nice inside, has a nice vibe. You order at the counter. Also had some really good pink lemonade there. I forgot the name of it. read more

I noticed that Just Salad was offering a special in February for one of their normal menu items for under $10 pre tax when you use your reusable bowl. They also reshaped their bowls, but I was still able to use the one I picked up just last year. I opted for their chicken fajita bowl, light on the dressing. I thought the bowl looking rather scantly filled to the eye, but found myself to be full before I got to the bottom. It was tasty too! And the chicken was juicy despite looking dry at times. read more

I am a CoreLife Stan but moving here, I had to find a new salad place and I actually really enjoy this place. I've gotten the chicken lime cilantro warm bowl twice now and I'll probably just continue to get that because it's so good. It doesn't come with as many ingredients as I wish it did but adding them isn't too expensive. Further, I wish they had different sizes because I would want it bigger post-workout. My boyfriend gets the spicy chicken ceasar wrap and loves it; very good size. A big bonus is that the chicken is fantastic! read more

I have been a total glutton lately on my recent work trip and wanted something that wouldn't make me feel like a living potato. Enter in, Just Salad. It's a build your own salad bar concept with fresh and healthy ingredients. I walked in around when it opened and it was a mad frenzy of preparing what looked like to be catering / group orders. I got the Tokyo SuperGreens salad with Chicken (added Tofu for $3.89 extra) and it came out to be about $20. The portions were great, it was delicious and served its purpose well. read more

I ordered Just Salad on UberEats and went to pick up my order in person. They were running a Buy One, Get One Free promotion on the BBQ Shroom Bowl, so I decided to check it out. I'm usually a big carnivore, but the fake meat (jackfruit I believe) wasn't bad! The location itself is super convenient, located near a bunch of businesses. Nothing special otherwise, I'd probably prefer to take my meal to go, rather than sit there, since it's more of a casual spot. My salad was ready upon arrival, so no complaints in terms of service. Not gonna lie, I think I'm more of a Sweetgreen gal, but sometimes it's nice to shake things up. read more

Too rushed, often poorly made food. But it CAN be very good at times. The staff flies around trying to keep up with demand, they are very nice. However spending $15+ on a salad that is missing parts and thrown together is a real bummer. read more

I'm really impressed by Just Salad and their ability to put together menus that appeal to a variety of palates. As someone who can be particular about food, I've eaten here two to three times now and I've never been disappointed. I've tried different items from the menu and each one has been flavorful, fresh, and well-balanced. Even their strawberry banana smoothie was surprisingly great -- honestly, I'd argue this place is better than Sweetgreen. Wish I could say I am sorry Sweetgreen, but I am not! What stands out most is the consistency. Every visit feels reliable, which makes it easy for me to recommend Just Salad confidently to friends and others looking for a spot that delivers taste and quality every time. read more

Stopped by Just Salad for lunch, this was my first time at this clean and vibrant restaurant. There's many options on the menu such as warm bowls, wraps and salads. I decided on the salad and smoothie deal which was about $17. The salad was small which was perfect for me since I had dinner plans that evening. The smoothie was a bit too "earthy" for me. The service was great, staff were very friendly . I would definitely return to try their chicken wrap read more

Updating this review because they have not been great about fulfilling orders correctly. After trying their vegetarian options for a while, I wanted to try some other bowls substituting meat with tofu. However, the orders have been delivered with meat instead. If substitutions and modifications are not an option, they shouldn't be offered. read more

I received a message informing me that I had an interview scheduled. I responded to request confirmation, but I didn't hear back. Despite this, I traveled to the address provided--372 Congress Street--taking a train all the way there. Upon arrival, a lady informed me that the location was incorrect and directed me to another address. I went to the new location and met the interviewer. Unfortunately, she was unfriendly and somewhat dismissive. She asked me to provide my information in writing, showing little interest in my work experience. read more

Ordered chicken caesar salad and got the worst case of food poisoning ive ever had. Wont be going back.

Visited Just salad for a quick healthy dinner this past week. Stepping in, I was pleased with its spaciousness and cleanliness of indoor area. Despite its name of "just salad", they provided a lot more than just salads but one thing in common was that they were all very healthy. They have build your own option as well but splendid menus of pre-selected mixes of salad bowls. I got Tokyo supergreens with tofu option and Detox cleanse smoothie. You can further customize your bowl as well ( i added some more tomatoes to my bowl). Staffs were very kind although because of the noise, it was a bit hard to understand what they were asking over the glass. You can also choose how much of dressing you'd like in your salad bowl between light, medium and heavy. I got medium, which was perfect for me, but I appreciated the option. Detox cleanse smoothie was such a perfect taste - none of the ingredients overpowered the other. One thing I think could've been better if I were to pinpoint was that it was more on a slushy side than smoothie. I wonder if it was because I went during a time where there was a sudden rush of crowd and staffs were overwhelmed, but I didn't enjoy chunks of ice in my smoothie. I'd definitely go back again for this healthy, plant-based restaurant! :) Excited to try their other menus. Will leave more reviews as I try the others. read more

Put up some signs for crying out loud! "Order here", "Pay here". How hard can it be? Restaurants are not escape rooms or puzzles to be solved. When folks are hangry, they don't have bandwidth to play games. This is a problem in many more restaurants of this type. Acknowledgement upon entry into a nearly empty room would be nice too. "Hello! How are you? What can I get you?" read more

Today I ate the first meat I had in decades. I was given a wrap with chicken and ate a couple bites before I realized there was meat in it. This is pretty basic and pretty important. So, if you don't eat meat I do not recommend this place at all. And actually even if you do, I would take a look before you bite just in case. I mean, who knows what might be in there. read more

I cant stop eating here! This is the second night in a row I have had a BBQ mushroom bowl from the Needham location. The ingredients are very fresh and the mushrooms are delicious. It doesn't look like it will be enough, but it surprisingly filling. Kayla has been making my bowls and she is so skilled. tonight Manny checked me out. He was very personable and friendly. i am so excited to find a place that serves fresh, healthy meals and doesn't break the bank. I forgot to mention, if you purchase a refillable bowl and bring it back, they give you one free topping. So worth it! read more

very good salad and service I really enjoyed my experience! lots of variety in meals.

Ordered the 'protein power' salad online. Was given a salad not even close to what their description of it is. They remade it and nicely apologized. When I went to eat the new salad, it was still missing ingredients. What was in there tasted good though. read more

I really want to love this place. But as someone with specific protein needs who consistently modifies her salads to add "roast chicken x2" and barely even gets "roast chicken x 1," I'm sorry to say that I'm disappointed. I used to be a Sweetgreen faithful until I tried this place. I've completely jumped ship snd now go here for lunch at least 3 times a week. The salads and bowls here are so tasty and they have such a great variety of options including a "make your own" option. Franklin St location is perfect for weekday lunch if you work downtown. They have an app which makes it easy to order ahead and not have to wait in line, which I love. There seems to always be a line out the door during weekday lunch hour (12-2) but they have like 15 people working so it goes very fast. Service is always friendly - even just picking up a salad there is someone standing there to help you find it in the sea of salads on the pickup shelf. I love the caesar, crispy chicken pablano, thai, and honey crispy chicken - they are all good! Get the dressing on the side though - even if you order light dressing they have a heavy hand. read more

The service at this place is JUST TERRIBLE!!! Restaurant had barely any customers and many employees working at the food station and I was waiting for someone to assist me so I can order and not one employee asked me if I needed to order! I will never go there again and they need to train their employees to ACTUALLY PAY ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS BAD BUSINESS! read more
