He also built a beautiful retaining wall, required due to the grade of the yard, which ran along one side of the pool. Our saltwater pool turned out beautiful and we highly recommend SunSpot Pool for a pool installation. Their staff was also very helpful in walking me through how to use the equipment, proper maintenance, etc. We unfortunately were relocated this past year and miss our backyard oasis that SunSpot created.

I am still waiting for him to put the new rocks down. But even worse they have filled the pool and not put a temporary safety fence around it. A child could easily fall in as there are many children and some cut thru the area close to the pool. It is hard to believe this company would not take a simple safety measure

Our chemicals & water are is great shape. Our leak is a known hot tub issue. What upsets me is fact that this leak was not any fault of ours on AND trip charge is $149 up to 20 miles and $3.0 every mile after! ( sorry but we purchased from you; if traveling is an issue then I'd say DO NOT SELL out of you area! Our trip charge was $242 + service charge 1 hour $120 and part $35... total $424.79.. that is not a price you'd think of receiving when it's under warranty! After making a few calls and explaining this, no one seems to care! With that said I wouldn't buy from them nor recommend! I bought this for health reasons; I'm in total shock And very upset! ( how can a garage door company just down street from them only charge $178 for a trip charge and not price gauge you for not having their product!!? or being out of their range for service?!)

The pool was heated to a comfortably warm temperature. They have both men's, women's, and family locker rooms. The family locker room was great because they had individual rooms that you could go in and fully close the door. My toddler loved the little slide, the water feature, and the lazy river. This was a fantastic activity on a cold day!

With all the different channels to choose from, they continue to show news channels which triggers PTSD for several veterans, who now avoid the Center. The Community Center can do better. If the News is so important to some, listen on your own device, rather than triggering trauma in those who have served our country. It's an easy fix.
