We bought a $11,747 spa for my wife's arthritis at the Kemper Rd. location - upon delivery they dropped it off with an instruction packet and that was it. We used the frog system to keep it clean, soon after we had major heating problems where it would get up to 108°, we even got a email from Jacuzzi telling us not to use the tub until the problem is corrected. Eventually the tub started leaking and a perfect 4 to 5 inch circumference around the tub. Technician came out SEVEN different times over a 5 month period - seemed to clear the water up at times however it would still not stay at the temperature we put in the keypad. They called the leak a moisture ring however it was a leak, it went all the way to our window well in perfect radius. We documented all with pictures, text messaging, video, a log of the entire ordeal. They sent a message today basically blaming us for having dirty water in first month and that's why the problems are here six months later. Dishonest, will not accept responsibility for a defective even though the technician admitted he could not fix the tub. Just forewarned if you buy from them they will not refund or replace the only want to keep trying to fix it. After seven visits at what point do we say enough is enough? we had to hire our family attorney to start a process against them. We drained the tub and now they're telling us to fill it back up so they can come back out for the eighth time. Always heard good things -one of the most disappointing experiences as a consumer I've ever had. It's a shame they are trying to put it off on dirty water the first month six months later when they've been out seven times and have said they can't fix it. Horrible purchase on our part. Don't fall for the smiles in the retail store.

We had Ray remediate a few issues with the pool: patching the liner and correcting some of the plumbing that decided it would strip and leak upon opening the pool (our pool is over 16yrs old). I found that his knowledge was refreshing, his attitude was positive, and his prices were very reasonable. Even if you have more than one estimate, I honestly would recommend you at least call Ray for another. I had ASAP Pools and Spas in Middletown, Ohio, install a new pool liner, and the entire experience…read morewas extremely disappointing. The quality of the installation was unacceptable, and when issues came up, I was met with excuse after excuse instead of a timely resolution. It took over a month to get the issues addressed, which is ridiculous after paying for a new pool liner installation. On top of that, the communication throughout the process was very unprofessional. Getting answers and having the problems taken care of was far more difficult and frustrating than it ever should have been. When you hire a company to install a new pool liner, you expect quality workmanship, professional communication, and accountability when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with ASAP Pools and Spas. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience that took far too much time and effort to resolve. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking to have a pool liner installed do their research and consider other companies before choosing ASAP Pools and Spas. Based on my personal experience, I would not use them again.

With over 25 years of experience, it was immediately obvious that he knew exactly what he was looking at. He thoroughly assessed the work, explained the issues in a way I could understand, and provided an honest, expert opinion without ever making me feel pressured. Chris worked with me to develop a practical game plan, quickly put together a fair quote, and was even willing to fit our project into his schedule on short notice. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely kind. His willingness to help during such a stressful situation gave me clarity and confidence when I needed it most. Although we ultimately ended up moving forward with the original company after they agreed to correct the issues, I will always be grateful for Chris' guidance, integrity, and generosity with his time and expertise. It's rare to find someone who is so willing to help, even when there's no guarantee they'll get the job. If you're considering building a pool, do yourself a favor and call Chris first. His experience, honesty, and commitment to doing things the right way are exactly what you want in a pool builder. I recommend him without hesitation.
