Delivery did not go the smoothest as my one point of criticism. I talked directly to Tim about it so my complaint wasn't blown off or anything like that. Pro tip: know in advance what direction you want your spa cover lift to go and which direction you want your service panel to go. Go through the manual's installation manual to make sure all steps have been done including closing a drain port in the motor. You're gonna have a bad time if someone decides for you or forgot a step.

They used to be located in the plaza in Maineville right behind Wendy's off Route 48. They just recently opened a new location off of 22 and three towards Little Miami high school. They are located right there next to the gas station and convenience store. What I love best about this store is that you can bring in a sample of water, and they will test it to see what chemicals your pool needs. He kept us in limbo all weekend, then told my husband he would be out late afternoon and would give him a 30 minute heads-up so he would have time to leave work to meet him at our home. My husband never heard back from him so he texted him at 4:40pm. Ken replied he wasn't going to make it because he got stuck at another job, and he didn't offer another date/time. I just looked to see where he lives/runs his business out of and it's very close to us, but I guess it would be after 5:00 when he got here and apparently he doesn't work after 5:00, regardless if he has a commitment or not. If he doesn't want it, there are plenty of other people out there that would take/earn our money.
