Delivery did not go the smoothest as my one point of criticism. I talked directly to Tim about it so my complaint wasn't blown off or anything like that. Pro tip: know in advance what direction you want your spa cover lift to go and which direction you want your service panel to go. Go through the manual's installation manual to make sure all steps have been done including closing a drain port in the motor. You're gonna have a bad time if someone decides for you or forgot a step.

My husband never heard back from him so he texted him at 4:40pm. Ken replied he wasn't going to make it because he got stuck at another job, and he didn't offer another date/time. I just looked to see where he lives/runs his business out of and it's very close to us, but I guess it would be after 5:00 when he got here and apparently he doesn't work after 5:00, regardless if he has a commitment or not. Additionally, our pool setup is unique so our cover is also challenging. CPD worked with the manufacturer and found a solution.
