We spent $50,000 getting our concrete pool fixed and resealed. We had a leak in the main drain -…read moreand, to make sure I give credit for that - that issue was fixed - however after the resurfacing work was done and we filled up the pool we saw a LOT of white streaks/footprints in our blue colored pool. We contacted Tim immediately and he said he'd come back to fix it. He came out to look at it and blamed it on the people who refinished the pool - that they didn't clean off their boots from the previous white pool job. There are chunks of white in the bottom of the pool. I asked him to come repair/redo the blue finish when the season opened this Spring. For numerous reasons, that didn't work, so we agreed he would come when the season was over and the pool was emptied. He did come on the date we agreed and did fix one of the issues but then told me to fix the white streaks in the blue pool myself. In fact - he blamed ME for the discoloration. WHAT??? When I questioned this, he got really mad, put the cover on an empty pool, packed up his stuff and left without talking to me. Unprofessional...and really concerning. The product used was supposed to be guaranteed for 25 years - and our pool is super streaky. Tim - do you stand behind your work as you committed when we started this project?

He also built a beautiful retaining wall, required due to the grade of the yard, which ran along one side of the pool. Our saltwater pool turned out beautiful and we highly recommend SunSpot Pool for a pool installation. Their staff was also very helpful in walking me through how to use the equipment, proper maintenance, etc. We unfortunately were relocated this past year and miss our backyard oasis that SunSpot created.
