I contacted and met with quite a few pool companies. When Dave at SunSpot came out to assess our backyard, we felt confident that he and his crew could handle the task. He also built a beautiful retaining wall, required due to the grade of the yard, which ran along one side of the pool. Our saltwater pool turned out beautiful and we highly recommend SunSpot Pool for a pool installation. Their staff was also very helpful in walking me through how to use the equipment, proper maintenance, etc. We unfortunately were relocated this past year and miss our backyard oasis that SunSpot created.

I love the pool for its size, width and how clean the deck and the water is so nice and blue! absolutely love swimming in it and the temperature of the water is always perfect. The chlorine level is tolerable while playing water polo. I'm only giving it 4 stars because given the fact i play water polo, I have to play in all deep water, and it is shallow on one end which is tough, and playing width all deep makes the pool too short. Our chemicals & water are is great shape. Our leak is a known hot tub issue. What upsets me is fact that this leak was not any fault of ours on AND trip charge is $149 up to 20 miles and $3.0 every mile after! ( sorry but we purchased from you; if traveling is an issue then I'd say DO NOT SELL out of you area! Our trip charge was $242 + service charge 1 hour $120 and part $35... total $424.79.. that is not a price you'd think of receiving when it's under warranty! After making a few calls and explaining this, no one seems to care! With that said I wouldn't buy from them nor recommend! I bought this for health reasons; I'm in total shock And very upset! ( how can a garage door company just down street from them only charge $178 for a trip charge and not price gauge you for not having their product!!? or being out of their range for service?!)

The furniture was delivered badly damaged, which the delivery team noted and they said they'd start a remediation process. We didn't hear anything and called, only to learn that no one had started anything to fix our issue. Throughout the process Watsons has said they'd call us within a timeframe and they never do. You have to practically beg for information. They will not do even the bare minimum required to pass as successful customer service. We still have no resolution, no eta on a replacement, and they just keep putting us off and telling us to call again later. Truly awful experience for what we spent. I will not do business at Watsons in the future and I highly recommend avoiding them if you're considering them.

This place is a joke. We called to ask about an estimate for replacing our in-ground pool liner. We…read morealso needed someone to come over and figure out why air bubbles appeared every time we turned on the pool pump. The tech showed up and confirmed that he was testing for air leaks in our pump. Then he realized he didn't have the right size gasket for our brand of pump, so he couldn't perform the test. He assured us we wouldn't be charged for the $150 service call. About an hour later, I realized the charge had appeared on our bank statement. My husband called and left a message - but the owner called ME back instead. The guy was a complete jackass to me over the phone. He kept interrupting me and talking to me condescendingly. He also said that anytime a service truck so much as leaves their premises, the customer gets charged for the service call. I asked him why I should pay for a service call when I received no service, and he claimed that nobody had written down the reason for the service guy to come over. Which is ridiculous. (Why would anyone have come over without knowing what we needed them to do? Anyway, the service guy TOLD us why he was there as soon as he stepped out of his truck.) Then, for some reason, he asked me to describe what the service guy looked like. I hung up on him at that point and told my husband to call him. After my husband threatened to complain to the BBB or perhaps even file a complaint for theft, the owner agreed to refund the service charge. He did tell my husband that he was going to take the money out of the service guy's check - which is illegal. If he did, I hope the employee reports him to the cops and the National Labor Relations Board. The owner of Cincinnati Pool and Patio is a dishonest creep. Stay away from this business.
