They honored a minor repair under warranty with no issues and chased down another problem that turned out to be the electrical contractors fault. Would buy my spa again from Tim. Delivery did not go the smoothest as my one point of criticism. I talked directly to Tim about it so my complaint wasn't blown off or anything like that. Pro tip: know in advance what direction you want your spa cover lift to go and which direction you want your service panel to go. Go through the manual's installation manual to make sure all steps have been done including closing a drain port in the motor. You're gonna have a bad time if someone decides for you or forgot a step.

It started with him not honoring the discount of the pool kit that was an extra 90 dollar's that he guaranteed that my pool would open clear, or it would go towards the opening of the pool. He also said that he would use his own chemicals but ended up charging me for chemicals used. Didn't screw down over half of the concrete pool cover anchors. And has been ignoring me about a current pool leak that I have.

Had many issues with plumbing they had an unqualified youngster doing. He plumbed uphill, backward, leaks everywhere. Got through that what thought, then had Jonathan come install a heater a month after. Fire things up yesterday and sure enough our yard is flooded with water coming out of the heater pipes(not condensation since it's not heating). These guys have no idea what they are doing but have cashed over 70k in checks from us. There is a reason they don't have positive reviews for inground installs and that is because they are terrible. I've not had a larger regret in my life than I do having ever dealt with these guys.

We had been using another pool company but every visit got more and more expensive - more chemicals…read more- more service. Someone suggested we try Tsunami Jims and it made ALL the difference. Jim came out and taught us what the equipment does and how to work it, how to take care of everything and what it does. We bring out water and they test it and make suggestions never pushing extra things "just in case". Recently our pool went green in the heat and nothing we did helped. We took pictures and samples to Jims and got a complete care process. We followed his instructions and 2 days later we were in the pool - crystal clear. Jim even called to follow up and make sure we were all set. Kathy is a sweetheart and always takes the time to hear me out or talk to my toddler. The staff takes the heavier items out to the car for me when my hands are full. We started using them to open and close our pool and offered vacation service. This is an independent store, family run. The staff is small and busy. Sometimes I have to wait a few minutes while they finish a call but I've found emailing is a good way to schedule service/help esp in the spring when they are slammed and its not an emergency. The owners are incredibly difficult to do business with…read more I contracted them for pool closing 2 years in a row. Each year, it is incredibility difficult to get a price up front. They always seem to run into issues and have to increase the price after they do the work. In addition, the the prices have increased 100% year over year; which I feel is unrealistic and this always occurs after the work. It is like they magically run into problems and have to increase the price. And, finally, it is super hard to get a consistent schedule with them. They always have a week window. For pool closing, there is preparation work on the home owner's side. Ideally, you would do this the night before; so debris has less time to enter the pool before it is officially closed.
