It started with him not honoring the discount of the pool kit that was an extra 90 dollar's that he guaranteed that my pool would open clear, or it would go towards the opening of the pool. Three months after purchase still no pool installed and no commitment from owner to install the pool only excuse after excuse right down to the point of calling us liars and hanging up on us. We were willing to work with owner even after all the issues as we try to support local small businesses, however the owner was unwilling to commit to anything. Stacy stated lack of employees was the issue for delay, but it seems her in ground pools go in just on time! she is rude and unprofessional to say the least. We picked up our pool and had an install date 10 days later from another company! Don't waste your time or money! as much as it pains me to say so go with the larger well-known company you will have better results for sure.

Needed new hot tub cover and lift. first he billed me more for the lift then he quoted me. Then…read morebilled me two service runs and 8 hours of labor to install. This consisted of screwing in few screws and laying cover on top of hot tub. When I questioned it he did reduce labor to 6 hours. The said was windy and then that he was 71. Ended up charging me $ 700 for something that should have taking probably one hour.

While they did finish it, they held us hostage refusing to finish the work TO OUR AGREED standard decisions along the way until paid in full, even though each stage was disappointing.
