Additionally, pointed out that the owner was actually present on the day it occurred and even came over to offer "some" help but, not really. The owner sounded perturbed and uninterested on the phone but, said she would get with the stylist and call me back... I never heard back from the owner.

Then I showed the makeup girl pics of what I was looking for and she insisted that the girl in the pic has no eyebrow and eye makeup on. I was like.... no she does... that is because the makeup was done right so it looks natural. Anyways.... I wiped off the makeup at the end and did my own in the car. The hair was a mess too, look at the pic I attached below and you tell me if that is even close to what I wanted. Dark hair is me, blonde hair is what I showed her. I still paid $65 for my hair. But it was a horrible experience.... I was so stressed because it is two hours before my phot session and my hair and makeup is a mess. I was gonna leave and then decided to tell the owner I am still unhappy... the hair is not what I am looking for. She agreed to do it herself. This time it's better... still not as what I wanted..

This hairstyle was my faithful sidekick for an incredible night of fundraising and dancing and my hair looked SENSATIONAL throughout. This was a major event that I spent months working toward and really wanted to look perfect and special for the night. So of course the first appointment I made was getting my hair done with the magical Antonio! Never once was I worried that it would fall apart or come undone (always a concern when doing something different)-- Antonio has normally done blowouts for me when I have a special event but I needed an updo for this particular dress. I wasn't sure what to expect since this was my first time asking him for an updo but holy hell did Antonio deliver. The amount of compliments I received throughout the evening was INSANE and I just felt gorgeous the whole night through. It was perfect! I didn't want to take it out when the night was over! When I went in the room, Ashton sat down with her arms crossed and literally said we aren't doing anything. I was so confused because I had been speaking with the manager. Ashton was so extremely rude to me and it was silent in there because this is something they had obvious intentions with. I was so upset and telling the girls up front that I'd be calling back. Ashton for some reason aggressively walks fast towards me like she was going to put her hands on me. I turned around to confront her and told her to back off. What a dumb decision..finding out later from another client that she was fired for doing the same thing to a client at a different place. Just hiding behind all those good reviews. Remember those reviews reflect your work but not who you are as a person. I also had nose filler done only to find out later they are supposed to use an ultrasound to make sure you don't go blind. They did NOT use an ultrasound and he injected me like 4 times and said done. I didn't know what the routine was so you trust these random people. Never again. I've already filed a formal complaint and will continue up the chain because they refuse to respond from their lack of care. I sat in my car for an hour trying to calm down because I couldn't believe what happened. The manager came out and said " I'm sure we can work something out" lol absolutely not. Give me my money back!!
