It started with him not honoring the discount of the pool kit that was an extra 90 dollar's that he guaranteed that my pool would open clear, or it would go towards the opening of the pool. He also said that he would use his own chemicals but ended up charging me for chemicals used. Didn't screw down over half of the concrete pool cover anchors. And has been ignoring me about a current pool leak that I have.

This consisted of screwing in few screws and laying cover on top of hot tub. When I questioned it he did reduce labor to 6 hours. The said was windy and then that he was 71.
