I've had 2-3 trouble/service calls. I think the front office and pool service staff have all been really kind, hardworking people. Most of our business in the beginning was also impacted by Covid/shortages and staffing challenges. I felt they were always upfront, apologetic and honest about the status of things. I've witnessed a ton of customers coming in and getting very unreasonable and often not even listening when the staff is trying to help them. Most of these reviews are really old. Skippers is not that bad!
