Stephen was very prompt and professional in responding to my calls and messages and offered me a competitive quote that he thought would be a week long repair job. His crew had our brick wall repaired in 2 days and were able to salvage almost all of the old/existing brick which we were very appreciative of. Stephen was one of the only masons in town who was willing to clean and reuse the old brick so it looked as if it had never been repaired. He offered me some tips and advice for how long to wait and let the brick dry before putting screws into it and came out to the house after the job was done and inspected his crews work. He even offered to have them come back and clean up a few areas that still had some remaining mortar. The company never responded to the requested estimates and ghosted the landscaping company and myself. Take these people with a grain of salt. Times are tough right now and finding good people is hard -- I get that. But just not answering after an estimate isn't something that you would want to go through.
