Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business. They improperly installed a whole-house humidifier…read moresystem onto our HVAC unit. Needless to say, it basically destroyed the internal components due to them hooking the unit up to a HOT water feed line instead of COLD water per the manufacturer's instructions. When the unit started leaking, we called, and they said it was a manufacturer defect and replaced it again by warranty. They said it could not be replaced again but it leaked within weeks. We gave up on it until years later a licensed master plumber asked us if we knew it was installed wrong and we said no. He said the installer messed up and hooked up to HOT water feed and this is what caused its ultimate failure. We lost over $2300 on this product/company due to their incompetence. Never again.

I contracted, had them out a couple of days later and they spent a full day doing a clean and tidy install. Shawn offered to place a new service and return which gave our basement heat it never had. 100% satisfied which is tough considering the cost. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. Barry
