SMH But today Jason with Maeser was at our house within 30 minutes of our call and done with all repairs within the hour! And Maesers cost was less than half of the other company's quote! The husband was in the background literally yelling. I had to ask her to stop emailing me, in which she continued. I threatened to call the county attorney if she didn't stop. Not only did she NOT stop she had an officer call me to get my side of the story. He then called her to ask her to stop calling me. She is very dishonest. I do not post negative comments unless I feel the public needs to know. No business should ever scream and tag team a customer over nothing. It is on record however. I will NEVER use them again as well as 5 other people I have found in Oldham that feel the same. A good friend had a similar experience with them both. He only recommended what was needed, and did not try to up sell. I wanted to get the HVAC system replaced before moving into the new place, but had a ceremonial event a few days prior. Tim made sure to plan the installation date such that there would not be any interruptions or half done work or clutter during the ceremony. Then, on the day of installation (which was one day before my move in date) there were severe storms, and the entire neighborhood lost power.
