I am…read moreterrible at planning and visualizing projects like this but Michael Okes came out personally and actually spray painted an outline of what the patio would look like in the yard which helped me tremendously. The crew that did the installation was extremely professional...true craftsmen. It took several days to finish the project and everyday the area was cleaned up and their equipment laid to the side out of the way. Michael made frequent visits during the installation to make sure everything was going as planned and to answer any questions. It has been about a year now and the only problem we have had is a paver that sunk down into the sand because our daughter accidentally parked her car on the edge. We called to have it repaired and Michael came out personally and fixed it at no charge even tho it was our fault! Our calls were always returned in a very timely manner and all questions/concerns were promptly addressed. He even worked with us to get the best possible price. Our patio is gorgeous and made a beautiful wedding venue for my husband and I several months later! Thanks Michael and the crew!

I'm not really a 'people person' usually, but something about Victor Franklin made me like and trust him from the minute that I met him. Even when he scolded me for not keeping the edges of my sidewalk clean. Lol. I hate yardwork, and I know slightly more than nothing about plants. When Mr. Franklin asked me what I was looking for, my response was, "something low maintenance." Not helpful, I know. But when I don't know what I'm talking about, I don't pretend that I do, and I rely upon the opinions of those who do. At that point of the conversation, he took the reins and pointed out the things that obviously needed fixing and made suggestions on ways to improve the curb appeal. This transformation from an overgrown vegetation bed to well thought out landscaping was accomplished in one day. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and the affordability of Franklin's Lawn Service. The pictures don't do justice, but you get the idea. Support local busines.
