I am…read moreterrible at planning and visualizing projects like this but Michael Okes came out personally and actually spray painted an outline of what the patio would look like in the yard which helped me tremendously. The crew that did the installation was extremely professional...true craftsmen. It took several days to finish the project and everyday the area was cleaned up and their equipment laid to the side out of the way. Michael made frequent visits during the installation to make sure everything was going as planned and to answer any questions. It has been about a year now and the only problem we have had is a paver that sunk down into the sand because our daughter accidentally parked her car on the edge. We called to have it repaired and Michael came out personally and fixed it at no charge even tho it was our fault! Our calls were always returned in a very timely manner and all questions/concerns were promptly addressed. He even worked with us to get the best possible price.
