Vic is a nice guy, but his crew is sloppy. I had wired garden lights on a path near a large maple tree, which they ripped out of the ground before removing the tree. I had to replace them. I was not happy with all the saw dust they left from grinding the stump, so I texted Vic and ask him to please remove more of it. He responded that he would stop by, but several weeks have passed and he hasn't bothered to stop by like he said he would. In the midst of taking down the tree, I caught one guy cutting through our flower garden with a wheel barrow, and I had to stop him. They trimmed several trees as well, and they did s nice job on all three. I'd recommend them for trimming, but they lack care and concern for items they move, and fail to put them back in place, or break them. I paid almost $5,000 for the work. We had a tree fall overnight and block our driveway so we couldn't get in or out of our house. Dubon's came same day when I called to get it cleared away. While they were here I asked to get a quote on another tree that had fallen, blocking a walking trail on our property. They not only gave a very reasonable estimate but had to walk down our property with large chainsaws to get to it, and had it cleared within minutes. Called Mr Dubon and he returned my call within the hour. Worked with my schedule and he came out the next day and we walked the property and he understood what needed to be done, I had a very hectic schedule and he worked me in with no problem. He is insured and his crew did great work at a very reasonable price, He even cleaned up and added extra touch as I watched his crew work. They are real experts they got their big equipment in some very close quarters and removed the tree limbs very precisely, On one tree the big truck could not get in because of low power lines, his man climbed the tree and lowered the limbs down one at a time with a rope, Pleasure to watch real experts do their job. His crew work efficiently to trim 5 overgrown trees in our suburban yard along with several shrubs. The crew checked with us as work progressed to make sure we were satisfied with the results. Randomly saw their truck driving on bardstown road so I called the number to get my tree trimmed and cut away from my home. Valerio showed up to my house for a quote within minutes after calling. After getting multiple quotes I could tell he knew exactly what needed to be done and his price came in the middle of the pack. I hired them to come out the next morning, they were early and ready to work. The whole crew worked hard and communicated to make sure their collective work looked good.
