We have experienced it all from zero communication/follow up to being ghosted. Well, I am beyond thrilled to say those troubles are gone. Dakota and his team at Diamond Cut Outdoor Solutions have been amazing. I reached out to them for a quote for mow service and heard back on the same day. Dakota was super friendly and accommodating to my availability to schedule a visit to give us an accurate quote. He texted to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. The pricing was right on par to what we had expected. While he was here, we discussed future plans for our landscaping. He wasn't pushy and trying to sell us on anything. He was honest about the type of work he offers and offered to provide a quote for the mulching and left the door open for future work when we are ready to do it. Needless to say I have been really impressed and happy with him. He and his team were here this weekend to do the mulch work and it turned out fantastic. Vic is a nice guy, but his crew is sloppy. I had wired garden lights on a path near a large maple…read moretree, which they ripped out of the ground before removing the tree. I had to replace them. I was not happy with all the saw dust they left from grinding the stump, so I texted Vic and ask him to please remove more of it. He responded that he would stop by, but several weeks have passed and he hasn't bothered to stop by like he said he would. In the midst of taking down the tree, I caught one guy cutting through our flower garden with a wheel barrow, and I had to stop him. They trimmed several trees as well, and they did s nice job on all three. I'd recommend them for trimming, but they lack care and concern for items they move, and fail to put them back in place, or break them. I paid almost $5,000 for the work. I will not use them again.

I recently had Lopez remove a tree and grind the stump near my home. The proximity of the tree…read morerequired them to climb the tree rather than use a bucket truck. The skill and precision the team used to remove the tree without damage to the house, fence, and other objects in the are was outstanding. The crew that came to grind the stump took the time to grind many of the roots radiating from the stump and even used an ax to remove some the grinder couldn't reach. The Lopez crews went over and beyond to provide excellent service, and their price was substantially lower than my other estimate. I will be using them in the future as my preferred tree service.

While another tree service said our only option was to cut down the entire tree, the Lopez team dealt solely with the broken limb. We may later lose the tree but Mr Lopez was open to working to save it, at least for as long as possible. He also showed us where it was compromised and it another piece fell, how that would happen, which comforted us to know it was far from the house and cars. He provided an estimate during the discussion and his team came the following afternoon. They didn't hurt our yard with equipment and didn't leave a mess of wood chips. There's other work we will opt to do later when the expense can be budgeted rather than a surprise. I hate that our tree was hurt and paying money for the fix also hurt! Several of our neighbors recommend and use this team. We will also recommend them to others.

Someone else had mentioned in a review that he did not provide them with insurance details for his company however that was not the case for me. He was very forth-coming with that information.
