We had hired them 6 years ago to put in a long driveway, but found we needed additional paved space. They gave us an estimate and 3 or 4 weeks later, it needed to be dry, they dug out, filled with gravel, packed down the area, and laid the asphalt. They did it in one day. At one point maybe 10 guys were working. Within 2 days of the estimate they had someone mark the lines under the ground for gas, electric, etc. I am more than satisfied. They were great. read more

Very unprofessional and leave a mess not only in the street but in the neighbors yard and when asked to quit an employee pops off and while on the phone with the company ...the workers thought it was funny to harass the one they are bullying ...so if you want rude people including the ones in the office and not willing or prepared to fix the problem the response was "just well talk to the site manager John".....and the rudeness will continue on its family owned ....make your neighbors happy and hire a different company please never an apology don't support the rude ....example of what's wrong in Louisville no one takes responsibility read more

Dave and crew did a great job paving over our concrete driveway and adding an extension driveway to the back of our house. They showed up on time, fast and friendly service. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards and the driveway looks great. Great value for the work. read more

I signed a contract with PSI for a driveway sealing on 8/22/25. Was told by Brian it would be 2-3 weeks maybe sooner if they were in my area. On week 3 I called to find out what day they would be coming so I could move the car. Brian informed me it would now be 6-8 weeks before they would be to my project. It's now 10/27/25 and still no show, no call. Clearly there was no intension of completing this job, when I could have had 10 other companies do this within a couple weeks of needing it done. Needless to say, I called Brian and cancelled my contract. I've been a PSI customer for between 25-30 years and never expected to be treated this way as they have always be timely and very good at their job, but something has definitely changed and customer service is out the window. A shame to lose a long time customer over the inability to keep them informed. read more

I was very impressed with the customer service the company had. The quote was done quickly and was by far the best out of three I had. Unfortunately due to rain and quarantine during March 2020, the project got pushed off for a while. I was frequently updated on the plan for the week and the possible days the crew could come out. Eventually the day arrived for the crew to work on my driveway. It was a very challenging job I'll admit. It hadn't been sealed in many years by their guess. Nonetheless, the men did their best. They also came back out when I asked them to reseal a few areas, and they actually redid the whole thing. Again, my driveway was real bad. I'm thankful for their time and pleasant demeanor. I do wish I had known not to plant anything near the driveway prior to the sealing. There was lots of splattering onto newly planted grasses and flowers in my garden bed that caused some of them to die. Some cigarette buts left in the yard and smearing of the asphalt applicator broom on my grass and storm drain was a little frustrating but overall due to the low price, I was overall happy with the job. read more

I can't tell you anything about the quality of their work because they never did the work they contracted with me for. A month and a half after I signed the contract I still hadn't heard from them, so I called to find out what was going on. I was told my contract had kind of fallen through the cracks, they were sorry, and they would be in touch with me soon. After another month and a half went by without hearing from them again, I called to tell them I was canceling our contract. They said they had a backlog due to inclement weather and didn't have time to call all their clients to let them know. I told them that 3 months with no contact at all from them was unacceptable, so I would have to go with another company. I have no idea if their paving is any good, but their customer service is obviously subpar. P.S. - I was using a $750 discount they had advertised, so I wonder if that's why I wasn't a high priority for them. read more

Noah the project manager was so thorough with his questions and super responsive with an estimate. Brian the business manager called a day or so later with an install date. This company is prompt, honest, and the workmanship is phenomenal! They cleaned up the area and it looked a million times better than before the paving day. To come home to our new driveway was like Christmas morning! So pleased with our investment invest for our home. When looking for a paving company, go no where else, you've found your winner here! I'd leave 0 if possible. Horrible customer service. So much run around once we had a signed contract and after the job was completed we now have leaks in our basement. Our basement windows were buried a few inches down in the asphalt and when we questioned it we can't get a call back. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Especially after seeing their crew get in a fight on our security cameras while on the job. Complete nonsense all around. read more

Our driveway was in serious distress and needed to be repaved after 30yrs. The driveway looks superb!! This companies customer service is A+. They are quick to respond to any questions I had and never dismissed me at any time. Jimmy and Brian were very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to paving. I recently had PSI paving come to give me a estimate on my drive and was satisfied with the fair price and immediately scheduled the resurfacing. The guys completed the job quickly and without disruption to my garden which was an integral part of the drive. PSI paved a driveway for us this summer. I'm leaving a review all these months later bc I'm infuriated every time I use the driveway. Long story short, they didn't do the job that was quoted. Noah cape for an estimate but when he returned to do the job, the dimensions of the driveway were not what was originally quoted. When I asked about this I was told he had to do the job the way he laid it out and if I didn't want that, I'd be charged $1600 for equipment. I had no other choice than to go along with it bc I can't afford to lose that amount of money with no work done. The owner eventually showed up and redrew the dimensions but he was curt, rude, and intimidating which made it difficult to deal with him. And when the work was done, the drive did not extend as far as it should have - which is why I curse them everyday bc it's so comically narrow - you can barely get the car through. Their equipment also damaged the side of my house which the owner was skeptical of when I called about it. He sent two gentlemen out to fix it who fixed it the right way, not the cheap, wouldn't-really-fix-the/problem way he insisted upon. The quality of the work was fine, those two gentlemen went above and beyond, and Brian in the main office was great but those are the only nice things I can say about this company. I did not get what I paid for. I highly recommend you go with another company. read more
