Timely and quality service. I called him on Friday and he had the install ready on Monday.

Highly Unprofessional

Bone Dry Roofing

Bone Dry Roofing

Our realtor recommended Bone Dry Roofing when we bought our first house. The previous roof had two…read morelayers that were in poor condition, rotted decking, leaking and molded chimney stack (which needed to be torn down and replaced with a b-vent), plus flashing needed in several areas. We were overwhelmed by the amount of work needing to be done, but Bone Dry did an excellent job of explaining everything in detail, and we went into the job feeling confident in Bone Dry's abilities. Our appointment was originally scheduled for before we moved in, but was pushed back several times due to other jobs running over, which was a bummer considering it was scheduled 2-3 months in advance. We were happy though with the continued contact throughout the job, and the friendliness and professionalism of our point-of-contact on-site. He continuously texted photos of the job, the damaged decking, and explained what they were doing and why. Our only complaints are 1. of course, being pushed back so many times, but I have to understand the nature of the job. We were hoping for the job to be done by move-in for the sanity of our dogs. 2. They completely tore off all of our gutters, and even left some parts on that now dangle off of our house, which sway in the wind causing damage to the siding. It may be common sense, but we didn't realize all the gutters would be torn off and when we followed up with Bone Dry about it, they gave us another quote for installing new ones (which ended up being almost half the price of the entire roofing job itself). Needless to say, we haven't replaced the gutters just yet, and were a little disappointed by the lack of communication on the matter, especially with how awesome and thorough they were with everything else. I would definitely still recommend Bone Dry and their services, and will surely use them again in the future!

I paid them $55,000 to reroof part of our house. Ten minutes into the job they said I would have to…read morepay them another $10,000. The first big rain after they completed the job left us we 3 big leaks. They came out and said it would be another $10,000.even though they guaranteed the entire roof.now I've got the expense of an attorney.

The gutters are great, work well. They are expensive; it is what it is…read more The workmen are polite and competent. The salesmen are very good at what they do, just be aware they are trying to sell you something. Lifetime guarantee, which is part of the reason they are so expensive. The only problem with this company is that they are not very good at showing up when they say they will, which can be maddening for the customer. They didn't show up on the agreed upon installation day, but did eventually show up. When I needed some repairs and adjustments made, I had to make six phone calls and six appointments before anyone actually showed up, and it wasn't on a day we had an appointment - it was just a random Saturday morning. No problem, I was home, the workman found the problem and fixed it, just like they promised. But in my experience, if you're expecting them to show up when they say they will, it may not happen. All things considered, If you want good gutters you don't have to maintain and are willing to pay for it, consider LeafGuard. However, be prepared to be patient and persistent.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! Expect a high pressure, "I'm…read morehere to gain your trust" experience. The price starts very high then they call their manager and start rattling off discount....... are you a veteran? Senior? Will you give us a good review? Will you put a sign in your yard? I fell for it. They want to install fast so you don't have time to change your mind. Mine have been up a little over a week and there is run off issues everywhere. It's like a waterfall coming off of the gutters in places. The day of installation after they pulled the gutters down I received a call from a manager and was told they had to install a board to attach the gutters to and blamed it on my roof. They said they wouldn't have known this was needed until the gutters were removed. This was an extra charge of course and they said it "had to be done so their system would drain properly but they'd wrap it in metal so it would look nice". The gutters they installed are way too small and the metal wrapped fascia boards they HAD to put in are holding water and dripping because the water is going behind them and catching in the half ass metal wrapped boards. I had a contractor and a roofer come to my house and confirm they are 100% faulty and I got conned by everyone involved!!! I also now have water under my shingles because they installed an improper water diverter under them. I have to get it all torn off and a new system needs to be installed asap so the water doesn't cause any more damage and since the roof is involved now. What a nightmare!!! Hiring a construction attorney and filing a lawsuit soon. This is ridiculous and such a waste of time, energy and money!!!!! It's a shame there are so many crooked companies and people out there. Also, I think this company used to be called Magic Gutter where there was a class action lawsuit about the defective product.
