Roof Doctor was quick and easy to work with!…read more I reached out for a quote for some much needed repairs to the gutters on our duplex and spots on the roof that had suffered some storm damage. Of the two companies I reached out to, Roof Doctor came in with the best quote, and Tim was knowledgeable about ways to address our needs without redoing the entire roof. He also helped us with our insurance company get the maximum amount back for the storm repairs. His team was able to come out shortly after we came together on the quote, and they were easy to work with when we decided to also move a downspout and replace the fascia board along one side. We had one issue where we asked them to come back and cover a hole in the siding, which they helped with. I hope we don't need any more roofing services anytime soon, but I would reach out to Roof Doctor if I do.

The gutter and gutter board on the back of my home came loose and was hanging down. Called Bone Dry to get a quote. Cameron (who was awesome) came out on April 8th to assess the issue and give me a quote. I signed a contract that day. Weeks and weeks pass by and I don't hear anything from Bone Dry regarding a date where they plan to come out and get the job done. I get text messages on April 30th, May 14th, and May 28th saying they eager to begin working on my roof. June 15th rolls around and nothing has been done or communicated. The issue had become much worse , where my gutter and gutter board were now detached from my home and laying across my patio. I call their office and speak to someone who says she will have someone reach out to me by EOD. I hear nothing. I call back the following day and notify them that no one reached out to me as they said they would. The person I spoke to told me she was going to contact the main boss (who was on family vacation) to see if someone could reach out to me. I finally hear from someone and they scheduled a crew to come out on June 17th to get the work done. The crew did in fact show the morning of June 17th and got the job done. As soon as the job was complete, I began getting mass amounts of text messages and phone calls to make sure I pay the invoice. If only I received the same effort to get my roof fixed as I did to receive my payment... Not once I have received an apology, communication where they went wrong, nothing (expect constant hounding for payment).

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! Expect a high pressure, "I'm…read morehere to gain your trust" experience. The price starts very high then they call their manager and start rattling off discount....... are you a veteran? Senior? Will you give us a good review? Will you put a sign in your yard? I fell for it. They want to install fast so you don't have time to change your mind. Mine have been up a little over a week and there is run off issues everywhere. It's like a waterfall coming off of the gutters in places. The day of installation after they pulled the gutters down I received a call from a manager and was told they had to install a board to attach the gutters to and blamed it on my roof. They said they wouldn't have known this was needed until the gutters were removed. This was an extra charge of course and they said it "had to be done so their system would drain properly but they'd wrap it in metal so it would look nice". The gutters they installed are way too small and the metal wrapped fascia boards they HAD to put in are holding water and dripping because the water is going behind them and catching in the half ass metal wrapped boards. I had a contractor and a roofer come to my house and confirm they are 100% faulty and I got conned by everyone involved!!! I also now have water under my shingles because they installed an improper water diverter under them. I have to get it all torn off and a new system needs to be installed asap so the water doesn't cause any more damage and since the roof is involved now. What a nightmare!!! Hiring a construction attorney and filing a lawsuit soon. This is ridiculous and such a waste of time, energy and money!!!!! It's a shame there are so many crooked companies and people out there. Also, I think this company used to be called Magic Gutter where there was a class action lawsuit about the defective product.
