What we opted not to do was deck repair and staining - although I like the idea and wasn't opposed to the price I am skeptical our deck can be saved without more extensive work. The team showed up around 11:30a and didn't leave until almost 5:00p. I'm so happy we got the shutters taken down. Our newer windows are the feature now, and it's good we cleaned the siding because we have some discoloration from having the shutters. Eventually the sun and tree dust will even things out! Besides the house looking cleaner in general, the patio is crazy different. We went from a browned patio to a gray, what it would've looked like newly poured. It makes a couple of cracks more noticeable, but that just is another example of how clean it is now. Easy to work with from quote to payment for a job well done.
