It had been many years since it was last cleaned. All non brick areas were dirty and dingy. Green Goose crew (two guys) showed up right on time and went straight to work. The difference is amazing. All areas are once again bright white and shiny. Gutters look like when they were brand new. Also what I consider reasonable priced. Both guys were friendly. I was drawn to Darin above & beyond any of his competitors because it was easy to establish rapport with him and he was straightforward & down-to-earth. It was apparent he takes great pride in his work and I felt very comfortable selecting him for the job. Unfortunately, his bid came in higher than a few others, so I wasn't sure (as I'm on a budget for house repairs), but he was willing to negotiate with me so that sealed the deal. We had some weather issues because it seemed to rain every single day but he was able to prioritize my job & make it fit in when I explained my tight time schedule. I was disappointed at extensive staining that remained in certain areas of my siding--and Darin explained that these large areas are unique to my house because they have essentially been "shielded" by the large carport that wraps around my house. As such, a large amount of "pollution" has accumulated on the siding and, once it's "set", it's VERY difficult to remove--and regular pressure & power washing will NOT do the trick. I was super bummed about this, and Darin willingly came back the following day and brought a special acidic cleaner & brushed all those stubborn areas that wouldn't come off from the regular washing. I had NO idea that pollution covered up became essentially semi-permanent staining on my house, so I was THRILLED with the finished product!! Here are the before & after pics. Importantly, Darin also gave me some tips for how to prevent the pollution from getting a foothold going forward so we hopefully won't have this problem again in the future. I asked them to come out and inspect it and they refused bc I had a small remaining balance I was making payments towards. They are holding my warranty hostage and are threatening a lien when in my opinion, they owe me what I paid for first (a roof that doesn't leak). They conveniently forget telling me I could make payments and even tho they start out seeming very nice to work with, turn to taking a nasty tone quickly. I would not recommend working with them. I'm somewhat shocked at the high review scores they have other places and will be sure to share my experience there as well.
