JR came out to my house today to repair my garage door. I have only used this business for my garage door needs. When I purchased my home they installed my garage rd our opener. In September 2019 my garage door motor started acting up so I contacted a few businesses about replacing. I chose Cunningham again due to their professionalism and cost. My service man at that time was very honest with me about the need to replace my door. He offered to repair the door I had but I wanted ability to open the garage for deliveries. Fast forward to April 2020 and the door came off the track. JR repaired it quickly and oiled up the hinges. I was very happy with service call and happy with my opener. read more

Cunningham dispatched technician T. Blevins within 24 hours of my call. Mr. Blevins immediately diagnosed the problem and knew exactly what to do to fix it. He carefully replaced the broken part, aligned the drive chain, adjusted the springs, and lubricated the system. He was personable and explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it. It works perfectly now, just like new. The charge for this was within expectation, especially given the quality of the work. read more

Their prices are out of this world expensive! My mouth hit the floor upon receipt of their estimate. At this point, I have to believe their reviews are fake. People don't have this kind of disposable income! Would NOT consider this company. read more

It started when the garage door mechanism's light wouldn't work anymore. I called last week and Kurt came to evaluate it. He informed me the whole thing was too old to fix. Last Friday, Cunningham's called and said someone would be out to replace with a new operator system. Tobias arrived and replaced the operator and necessary accessories. He spent time showing me how everything works and making sure I understood. I guess he taught me well as I haven't needed to refer to the instruction booklet he left with me. I'm quite happy now. Thank you, Cunningham D&W for your excellence. read more

Recently, the drive belt on our garage door opener wore out. Sent a message to Cunningham on a Friday evening and Monday a tech was there to replace the belt and make sure the door was in good working order. Service was prompt, quick, courteous and reasonably priced. We've called Cunningham in the past to service the door (maybe 10 years ago) and they did a good job then too. Hopefully, we won't need them for another 10 years but if we do, they are the folks I'll call. I like that they are a local, family-owned company that has been around a long time. The service tech said he'd been with them for nearly 20 years (I think) and that says something about a company. Front-line employees that stick around is always a good sign. Excellent service, expert techs, reasonably priced. read more

They installed a new garage door and I'm very pleased. The Instaler cleaned up everything. He explained all the functions of door openers and how to change security codes. This young man represents Cunningham in an extremely good fashion. If all their employees are as efficient as him I will use them again I love my insulated door it is quite and my garage is warmer read more

I very rarely write reviews but Cunningham Door is worth taking the time! Inexplicably, the garage door wasn't working properly. A post with a wheel on it somehow fell out of the track. Multiple people recommended Cunningham Door; I called & left a message on a Sunday. Cindy promptly returned my call the next day & scheduled me for the same morning. Cindy called to tell me Kurt was on his way & also gave me a general idea of an estimate, depending on the problem found. Kurt was pleasant, professional, and very efficient. In his attention to detail, he found another, unrelated problem he fixed in just a couple of minutes. He had the door fixed in no time! I was pleasantly surprised to find the cost very reasonable. I will certainly call them anytime I have an issue & gladly recommend them. Thank you, Cunningham!! read more

I am extremely happy to work with Cunningham door and window. They repaired my garage door springs in 2009 and worked beautifully until a couple of days ago. I use the garage door frequently. They provide excellent service and fair prricing. My daughter owns the house now and had another provider give a bid that was totally over-priced. I will also provide them with my unfavorable review. read more

Cunningham Customer for over 25 years. Garage door opener and front gate openers. Front gate quit working. Cunningham said it was not repairable and I needed a new unit, $7600. Thad of Absolute Overhead Door, came out and REPAIRED the unit for $350. I also had a new garage door opener installed and Thad went above and beyond and provided remotes that opened both the gates and the garage door. read more

My elderly mother in-law recently had an off moment and backed her car into her closed garage door. The damage ended up being bent panels in the actual garage door and that the door was off the track on one side. Given short notice the good folks at Cunningham Door were able to come out on limited notice and correct the damage, all at a really fair price. read more

Once again Cunningham's saved the day. Needing a sturdy new storm door - not junk from BB - I ordered a door from Cunningham's. It took about a week for the door and the installation men to arrive and put in the new door. My house is over 100 years old so of course nothing is plumb, but the door was installed and looks great. I like the fact that the closer mechanisms (top and bottom) are white to match the door color. Was the door cheap, absolutely not, but you get what you pay for, the quality is superb, the installation crew was professional and personable and got the job done in a short period of time ... even in the occasional drizzle of the day. read more

I had to replace two windows in my home. I went and secured three estimates. This company was by far the cheapest and they were local, something I particularly liked. From the estimate process to the installation, this organization was incredibly professional. Emails and phone calls were returned promptly, and I appreciated the personal service I received. When it came time to do the install, the team was professional and extremely detail oriented. They knew their product, and I am was very impressed. I highly recommend you give this company a call. You will not be disappointed. I received a great product in my new windows, and I loved the service. read more
