Came out and told us we had all this weather damage and to get a claim filed. We did. Let them know when the adjustor was coming out, was told that the adjustor wouldn't bother to climb up there, just give him the photos he took. The adjustor did go up and stated the roof was in exceptional condition, and the few places that stood out were definitely not weather damage. I let LM know what the adjustor said and was told that he would "handle it". Over a week goes by and I'd been given no update so I called to get feedback on the progress, still believing our roof was in disrepair. He didn't know who I was, so I gave him the address again and ran down the whole scenario. He said he had emailed the adjustor and that it would be next week most likely. Told him I might get a third party to look at it for more support. I'm thinking a home inspector, he must have thought another roofing company. He got pissy and said fine, then hung up. A few minutes later I get a text stating he no longer wished to work the claim and good luck. I contacted another, more established and respected roofing company in the area that was doing two roofs down the way. They came out and apologized that LM even had us file a claim with the insurance company. Stated that there are companies that will tell everyone to file a claim in hopes of catching some crumbs, hoping the adjustor won't go up on the roof and will take the roofers word and photos provided. The 2nd roofer had discussed it with the adjustor and that they wouldn't even bother repairing the few places questioned. But to keep them in mind and they'd be happy to help out. 55 years old and have never had an insurance claim, before you file a roofing claim make sure you have damage before you file a claim and have it on your record. And make sure that roofing opinion is from a PROFESSIONAL, learn from my mistake.

A date was then set for the job and despite the magnitude they advised us it would take them one day. The day prior to the work date the pallets of shingles were delivered to our driveway. Early in the morning on the work day the crew arrived and layed tarps around the entire exterior of the house. The crew worked non-stop all day long and completed the job prior to dusk. Just as efficiently as they set up they also cleaned up. Tarps were rolled up, deck, driveway, and walkways were cleaned with a magnetic roller to pick up any stray nails. Job well done! He instructs the workers not to greet you when starting the job and not to tell you when they are done. The workers are not allowed to go into the attic. The workers will never sell report damage or mistakes they made. You have only 3 days to find these things and report them to the company or they can refuse to come back to your house. What seems to matter the most to this company is having there invoice paid in full despite unresolved issues and obtaining a 5 stare google review.
