When water starts falling from the ceiling, you're in a situation where you need it fixed now…read more Happily, John and River City Vinyl Supply & Roofing were able to look at my house quickly and get the leak by my chimney fixed. I used Yelp's Request A Quote to find a roofer/contractor. And considering our leak happened on a Sunday night, that's when I reached out to several companies. Many got back to me within the hour, including River City Vinyl Supply & Roofing. And if it weren't for a rainstorm on Monday, he would have come out that day. But he was able to come and look at the problem and have it fixed within an hour or so on Tuesday. John was speedy yet not pushy. He brought with him one of his employees, who actually got on our very tall roof to look at the problem. He talked through what he found with me and sent me a formal quote before proceeding. Turns out the flashing had pulled away from the chimney, and the mortar between several of the bricks had worn away. He showed me some photos of the roof to help me understand. After he was done, I was able to pay him easily via PayPal. And now we're talking to him about tackling our rickety, falling apart gutters as well. I'm happy to add John and River City Vinyl Supply & Roofing to our list of trusted companies that can work on our home.

Of the two companies I reached out to, Roof Doctor came in with the best quote, and Tim was knowledgeable about ways to address our needs without redoing the entire roof. He also helped us with our insurance company get the maximum amount back for the storm repairs. His team was able to come out shortly after we came together on the quote, and they were easy to work with when we decided to also move a downspout and replace the fascia board along one side. We had one issue where we asked them to come back and cover a hole in the siding, which they helped with. I hope we don't need any more roofing services anytime soon, but I would reach out to Roof Doctor if I do.

Literally the wood under my shingles was rotten due to not having it properly installed 5-6 years ago. When Juan came out for consult he was so comprehensive with his efforts. I cannot even believe how damaged my roof was under the roof. Finally our back roof is set up to not leak. I am so impressed with this group and plan to have them do all my future projects. Next on my list are the gutter guards. Juan treated my home like his own, and I could not be more pleased with their work. We put this off too long and now seeing what damage we had underneath truly makes me sick. He also cleared out and cleaned gutters and I had lots of repairs needed. Now I just need to pay my roof off so I can Schedule for my new guards. Patty at the office and Juan are truly so helpful and it is so nice to find a business you can trust, and takes care of you like family. Well done!! Also, they have 3rd party financing partners if you do not have the cash available for your project.

My wife inherited a house from her deceased Father and the roof on it was well worse than terrible. We sought estimates from 5 companies. All came but from the first minutes of seeing how they approached our needs it was clear that Rick & ProClaim Roofing were the way to go. Rick was simply terrific to work with everything he told us was clear and their estimate was easy to understand and precise. All of the other companies prices were similar the key for us was the service and the care with which ProClaim and Rick offered us. Now spending over 5000.00 for something is never easy. My wife and I have lofty expectations from everyone, Rick & ProClaim exceeded them! Happy yes we are and spending 40K to renovate a house for sale always is fraught with issues getting a new roof was the easy part. People who read my reviews know I expect a lot out of what I buy. I personally recommend this company and can say with complete confidence if you use them you will be delighted. I contacted ProClaim Roofing and the representatives were very professional. They visited my house, assessed the damages, informed me of the insurance process and did not ask for any money up-front. (As a matter of fact, they did not ask for any money until after the work was completed, and satisfaction of the work was confirmed first!) ProClaim Roofing came to my home to assist with the repair process before the insurance company had even contacted me to schedule an adjuster to visit. They even secured protection on the roof to prevent any further damage until repairs were able to be made. The day that the insurance adjuster made their visit, the ProClaim Roofing team was on-site early and accompanied the insurance adjuster during visit to help evaluate the roof damages. The professional staff helped to familiarize the insurance adjuster with the repairs necessary. After the insurance claim quotation was made, the team was also able to identify additional items that were neglected in the original insurance quotation for the repairs. They contacted the insurance adjuster, and were able to successfully prevent future out-of-pocket costs, and immediately let me know of the changes. The day before the work began, an employee called me to verify that the proper preparations were made to start work the next day. The day of the work, the ProClaim team arrived promptly at 8:00am and began work immediately. During the process, I was updated by the site foreman of the repairs necessary. When they finished all of their work, the team thoroughly cleaned the site before leaving! I am convinced that my yard looked cleaner when they left than it did when they arrived! I am extremely satisfied with the work performed! The team is very professional, and customer conscious. My new roof looks stunning, and the team at ProClaim really went above and beyond, working with the insurance company to help make the process as seamless as possible! I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional, customer conscious experience!

Ever have someone drop into your world at just the right time, for just the right reason? That's how I met Ryan Shields, owner of Homestead Roofing & Restoration. Forty-five minutes before he introduced himself, I had been prayerfully hoping for someone I could trust to replace my roof. Next thing I knew, Ryan was pulling into my driveway. I had been dreading and delaying the process, but Ryan helped turn that around, and without any pressure, educated me about roofing installations, their requirements and options, and ultimately helped me select a beautiful enhancement to my home's value. Ryan managed every phase of the process, including inspections, coordinating with insurance adjusters, overseeing the installation, and ensuring my happiness as a customer throughout the job. He was an open book every step of the way, providing before and after photo documentation, independent computer aided estimates of the job to be used for comparison with my insurance company's own estimates, interactive computer models of what different solutions would look like on my home, and detailed documentation and receipts for everything associated with the job. I have no doubt that everything Homestead Roofing & Restoration did for me was the same they do for all their customers. Ryan, his crews and employees, were a delight to work with, and if I may, Ryan Shields is the real deal. He is more than an excellent communicator who is passionate about delivering an outstanding product.
