He completed the new roof on time avoiding storms that were on the way. We also had an existing leak. Jim stated that the leak would be corrected along with the new roof. Two months later the leak returned, this has always been in my mind a design error by the builder. I don't blame Jim for the leak, but it became worse after an attempted repair on his part. Haus came back to do new repairs and found two issues in the same area of the roof. The man was on my roof doing repairs in lightning and rain, crazy! The heavy rain that day stayed out of the attic, I need more time with storms to test the repair. My complaint is that Haus isn't the best at having a timely response via text or calls but he can be trusted. I've used him for many years.

There was a storm that came on 3/15/2024 that required an insurance adjuster/advisor to do an assessment for potential damage. The adjuster informed us that they are severe issues with this roof installation and it is causing wet decking from pipe boot leaks, there was no starter strip installed, there is 2 different types of roof vents installed. In some of the overpayment of the shingles was done incorrectly causing algae and moisture build up. This was devastating news. When I called and messages Haus Roofing I didn't hear back for about a week. Then a man named John Land called me back and laughed on the phone at me and told me this is the homeowner insurances' problem. "If ANYONE goes on my roof it is no longer covered on the warranty. Which is not correct in the contract it states if another company does work on the roof the warranty is void. We have made multiple more calls and left multiple messages for Jimmy Haus but he refuses to call us and to honor our warranty.

I got several quotes and along with a great price, Bowling had a great reputation and reviews (and my realtor friend concurred). Amber was patient with me when picking out colors and gave me addressed of several different types on existing homes for me to see in the real word (vs in a store). This really helped me and Amber even stopped by my house to give an opinion as to what would look good. As i was worried about proper installation temps, she also worked with me on scheduling during a warmer period. The crew that came out got everything done in one day and the cleanup was top notch, not a single nail or plastic anywhere to be found. Great warranty through GAF (they can do OC as well). Would not hesitate to recommend!

Ray & his group of professional artisans did a phenomenal job completing the task in a very timely manner. They were also very respectful to my home as the area by the kitchen had brand new carpet and they wore workmen footies over their shoes and also swept the floor and cleaned the countertops after the job was completed. The owner, Sean, also came over to oversee the first day of the project and answered some questions and concerns that I had at the start of the project. Because I was a repeat customer, they gave me a discount on the labor cost which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for future projects!!!!

We were desperate to get an estimate to negotiate the price of the house, so our realtor recommended we call Scott Barnes at Urgent care Roofing. Fast forward 3 years, (it took us that long to finally get to replacing the roof) I called Scott, who remembered me, was at our house next day with a very similar price.
